Located near downtown and the University of Western Ontario, this London, Ontario hotel offers a great location near a variety of attractions along with convenient amenities for a comfortable stay. Guests at the Hotel & Suites London will enjoy the hotel's indoor pool and fitness center. Other enjoyable amenities include helpful concierge services for arrangements for car rentals, theatre/sports tickets and more. Smoke-N-Bones, the on-site restaurant, specializes in Southern U.S.-style BBQ and authentic sauces. The restaurant is open from breakfast to dinner. I chose this hotel because the website showed that there was a swimming pool, however when I came to the hotel, the swimming pool didn't work, so I didn't have fun.

Staff were friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Price was reasonable. Hotel was located close to the highway and shopping. The beds were not very comfortable. There was a mix up with the price of the room. I booked on line at one price and sometime during the night a receipt was slipped under our door with a rate $30.00 higher. We had it sorted out in the morning but it was distressing at the time.

Proximity to downtown. Friendly staff. Room was ok, bathroom was dirty and black long hair was all over it. The bed is noisy. The Pool and Hot tub were out of service. I usually book at another hotel that for the same price looks better and is better maintained.

Room was not cleaned one day. Another day the room was only cleaned at 5pm. Bar sink in room was leaking,

They were fast at getting the room keys ....the bathrooms were passably clean that's it Well the 2 phones in the room didn't work the one bed in my room had some sort of adjustable firmness remote that didn't the lamps on the 2 desks either didn't work or the knob that you were to turn was missing. The hotell also had some kids hockey team that weekend and they ran up and down the hall a lot at un thinkable hours.

Staff was friendly, rooms clean Did not get the acommodation I asked for (two double beds) but got a king a pull out couch. It was also very noisy in the hotel during the night and the fire alarm went off at 4:15am while I was still sleeping (false alarm but noone bothered to let us know).

Good Location, spacious room, quiet, good value for money, amenities (freidge & microwave good) Poor lighting in bathroom, ran out of toilet paper and had to ask staff for more, slow internet wireless, large room but needed additional chair to allow family to spend time together in living room.
