Very good,
Score from 347 reviews
“ The only thing I would add is that I was going to take note in my room, there was no pen and paper handy. Other than that it was perfect. As far as food, it is so good, and good price as well. The thing I would add is a nice jazz, blues, or any nice music in the Bistro. Food was great. Thanks. ”

we liked the suite idea, the space. The bathroom with the shower and toilet in one room and the sink and mirror separate. Lots of towels. Very comfortable. a little dated.

I love my room. I was in a king suite. The price was unbelievable. I was impressed with the living room bedroom concept that was separated by french doors. I also liked the bathroom lay out. The bed was comfortable, I didn't want to leave. The resturant was good. The server was polite, and fast. It was simple and quiet. The staff was friendly during check in and check out. I stayed for one night, and wished I stayed longer. I will for sure stay at this hotel again in the near future. The hotel is super clean, and modern. I loved the fact that there were 2 televisions in the room. Overall a wonderful experience.

Clean, bright and spacious room. Staff were very accommodating. Quality of the room was great. Towels were great quality. TVs in room were old (not a lot of channel selection). Bed was surprisingly not comfortable (felt like a blow up bed). Biggest turn off was a $50 fee for our small pet which was not stated anywhere and noted in the guest book as a "may be charged". The manager told us that this is standard. If we knew this we wouldn't have booked there as this almost doubled our rate. It should be noted on their website under pet policy as $50. Unfortunately, we won't stay there in the future because this is not competitive with other pet friendly hotels we frequent.

The front desk staff were most helpful in sorting out my reservation - the computer and I are not on the best of terms for on-line bookings. Due to the weather / wind direction, the hotel was on the landing approach for the Toronto airport. I loved watching the planes come in low. Yet, inside the hotel, there was no airplane noise at all! The room layout was very comfortable, with separate sitting / sleeping areas. A tv in both living room and bedroom seemed a little decadent, but I suppose this caters to different preferences of travellers. The king size bed was a hoot, with a remote control for making the bed more firm or more soft. Quite fun. The crisp sheets retained a slight clean scent of bleach. Very reassuring, particularly after the recent MARKETPLACE documentary. Also much preferable to chemically perfumed products. I think the proximity to the airport would be a real plus for many. The hotel was also within walking distance of several restaurants and 2 Timmy's. The only thing I didn't like as much was my own fault. We had been out for a walk, and came in thoroughly chilled. I put the thermostat (found on the wall) up, but forgot to turn it down before going to bed. This resulted in waking up too hot in the middle of the night. I guess it's difficult to automate everything against personal failing!! :-)

We liked the size of the room and the fact that it had 2 rooms. The 2 25" Televisions were right from the 1990's. It was like a scavenger hunt when going for ice and sodas. The ice machine on our floor had a sign that said it was broken and to use the one on the 11th floor. When I got to the 11th floor, there was a sign on the soda machine that said to go to either the 3rd or 6th floor.

That it was located close to the Airport There were several issues I would like to point out. I was a little surprised that our check-in took so long. I have worked at several hotels and it has been our practice to have guest reg card and room key made for late arrivals so that the guest only need to supply a credit card and fill out/sign the reg card, usually taking only several minutes. Our check in took almost 1/2 hour and at 11pm that was too long. My niece and nephew could not find any vending machine for snack and I did not want them walking outside at that time on night. ( In all fairness we did not call the Front Desk to ask for the location on the snack vending machine, we did however find one with drinks)The last issue was the room, specifically the beds. We stayed in R926, the pullout sofa seem to till at the head of the bed, my nephew sleep with his head and the end of the bed. The first bed as you walk into the Bedroom, had a top flat sheet that caused by feet to become very irritated. It took about an hour to figure out what was the problem. The fitted sheet was fine, so I put on some body lotion and socks on my feet and a sweater on to keep warm. I was not going to use the Comforter. I hope that you can look into the issues. Thank you

I liked the staff and the size of the rooms. I suspect that down the road you will need to do some updating. Most hotels that I have stayed in recently have flat screen TVs.

The fact that you have to pay for parking is ridiculous. It cost an additional 30 for us to park. I think that if you stay at the hotel the should include parking. It does not work out to a good deal because u pay so much to park.

The location was nice, as was the shuttle to/ from the airport. The staff were exceptionally busy and it felt like I was a nuisance instead of a customer. There were 2 people behind the desk but the gentleman kept disappearing and left the women to check all the guests in.

Wonderful bed linens!! Proximity to airport - ample parking... 1970'S decor - wallpaper threadbare furniture, rugs etc.- telephone not working. Televisions older than my first born. In short - a very small shabby suite.

The big hotel vibe with small hotel feel. Good space with sitting area. Predictably clean and comfortable, The restaurant is a bit passe. I was so excited by the control beds but neither of us got the device to get the softness we wanted, but I still think it's a great idea, if one had the time to get the knack of it....

Very spacious suites, clean and well-appointed with 2 older-style tvs, wet bar/fridge and free WiFi. Excellent gym, room service, and a good variety of restauants just a few steps away. While somewhat dated, this hotel offers comfortable accommodations for good value on the weekends. Charging $14 for parking when most of your guests must arrive by car is just a way of generating more cash flow from the driving public. It is a deceptive practice employed by too many hotels on the airport strip. Charging for long-term parking for "fliers"is acceptable; charging the overnight guest is not.
