“ The Hotel provided a place and hose for me to wash my car, also I had a problem with my key card for my suite and instantly got that fixed from front desk lobby staff, and I also got a wake up phone call early one day...awesome new TV's in suites, nice tile floor entery and granite counters, new tile washroom, cold air conditioning too... And the Hotel accomodated all my requests. Thanks ”

The Hotel was located on the main road and had convenient shopping. The main floor suites were located on a very busy intersection. Lots of traffic volume.

It was handy for shopping; was able to accommodate our motorhome; the attached restaurant and the pub were quite good; Like many Ramadas, this motel was a bit tired. The rooms need to be refurbished.

Well-appointed room. We enjoyed the stay and would use Ramada again if they are all like the Kelowna hotel. We have not used Ramada before so was very pleased with the overall service and accommodation.

Wifi ineffective in room, worked with iPad but not computer. Made working difficult. Also key card wiped when in wallet.

And the Hotel accomodated all my requests. Thanks Kinda was a noise all night from the other side of the wall of the bedroom where I slept... Also needed a clock on the lower level of suite... And the ceiling fan might be loose in the suite...

chambre au rdc très bruyante à cause de la proximité de la terrasse du bar / restaurant, salle de bain vieillotte à refaire très loin du centre ville la chambre avait une odeur de cigarette

Enjoyed our overnight stay. We were attending a memorial service held in the same hotel. As the service wasnt until 2:00 p.m. on our checkout date, it would have been nicer if the hotel provided a day use room for such an occasion instead of having to checkout 2 hours prior to our commitment.

Friendly staff - all amenities in one place - comfortable room - clean room. Great location for us as we are not familiar with Kelowna. We especially liked the main floor room with access to the parking lot from our room. Hubby forgot shaving cream - we were given the cream but we were charged for it. Not a huge deal but we paid a lot for a trial size. We loved the patio off of the pub - we were surprised to see that smoking was allowed. We like to eat outside and enjoy the fresh air - with so many people smoking it was unpleasant.

The hotel is clean, comfortable and inviting. The staff are professional. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The pool temperature was perfect. The room had an incredible shower head! The beds are so comfortable! We stayed at the Ramada in Golden B.C. too on our way home and again the beds were so amazing that I am going to find out which beds they use and replace the one I have at home! On our last night in the hotel, a group of young travellers with several rooms were hanging out, drinking and talking loudly in the hall. They settled down and I went to sleep. Woke up at 2:00 A.M. and they were loud again, running back and forth between rooms, talking loudly etc. After a half hour, I called the front desk and asked if they could send someone up to quieten them and they did and all was good. The next morning it would have been superb if the hotel staff or manager had noted my 2:30 A.M. phone call and suggested a discount to our bill. I was a front desk manager at a high end hotel and when this situation occurred, I would instruct the front desk staff to immediately provide a discounted bill to the inconvenienced guest. Again, this would have been a nice to have...but I would still highly recommend to anyone to stay at the Ramada in Kelowna!

Good central location close to shopping! Restaurant attached to the hotel "Perkins" is of very poor quality! Hotel has an older look and lacks atmosphere and coziness. Needs refurbishing! Old noisy AC units!
