Great location, room was clean and hotel was quiet
Hotel is overdue for some basic touch-ups Very soft mattresses made sleep difficult and very little extra space in room. hotel restaurant served sub par breakfasts, better options are had along the beach.
When we arrived in July, it was approx. 32 degrees. We noticed our room was very warm and the air conditioning was not working. We advised the front desk and they sent a maintenance man to fix it. After spending about 45 minutes trying to fix it and could not.. His solution was to bring us a fan. We spent a very hot uncomfortable night there and will not return.
We stayed for 4 nights in a 2 queen bed room which was adequate for a family of 4. The hotel is well presented house keeping excellent and staff knowledgable. I would recommend it if you want a simple hotel stay,we didn't try their spa or restaurant.
The hot tub and gym area could do with updating.
Clean enough room.
It was really tight to open and close the bathroom door. Wifi didn't work to us, very poor signal.
Beds were too soft. Hot tub too hot
nothing I liked about this hotel
Room status was very poor - lots of dust on the ventilization fan in the bathroom - tile in the bathtub has cracks around faucet - bathroom floor is dirty - wi-fi does not working well - appearance of the receptionsts are poor, looks like they just get up - poor facilities in the hotel more and more
Center of Harrison hot spring,
Hotel generally appeared tired and in need of an update.
Room was nice for the most part, with good pillows, and good WiFi and TV.
The walls and a door in our room were dirty and stained. The place needed a serious cleaning.
Easy access to good food and lake fun
Hotel starting to show wear, things disheveled in lobby, hot tub yucky. Workout room not open at all during AM.
everything about the hotel its a dump with high prices and bad service.
The wifi and use of the ice machine was great.
The hotel is run down, the bed was uncomfortable and cheap, the bathroom "jacuzzi" was just a tub. Wouldn't stay again.
WiFi was not working on my laptop Room very small and noisy
Location to beach
Staff was not at all knowledgable
Bed frame protruded out of side of bed on narrow wall side resulting in bruise to leg. Air conditioner did not work the first night.Maintenence fixed for second night
Good size room, nicely decorated, appreciated the firm mattress as opposed to pillow top or memory foam, good air conditioning
Bathroom maintenance (dripping bathtub faucet, some unrepaired wear on various points), draft from window, curtains didn't quite meet in the middle
I liked the room, the view was great. The room was clean The Housekeeping staff was amazing.
1 particular front desk person, he was a little rude, not only to me but to other guests that I knew and I noticed this with other guests that I didn't know. There was an occurance late in the evening where there was a number of drunk people causing trouble in the hallways not allowing us to feel safe. I didn't think that the Hotel handled this very well. These young folks should have been removed from the Hotel.
it was close to the beach and shops.
For $206 we got a king room with a litte lake veiw. There were crumbs under the tv and it wasn't HD which it was suppose to be. The windows were dirty inside and out finger prints and bird poo. The spa tub only had 4 jets 3/4 worked.
It was clean.
It was a small room and the air conditioning was so noisy that we had to turn it off and open the windows without screens and there was no place to park . We went there for the bit springs only to find a covered pool.
Very nice view of the lake. The bed and linens were comfortable. Close to everything we wanted.
The spa tub was one of the reasons we booked. The plug did not work. No balconies. The ice machine did not work. Breakfast was not good and we ate dinner elsewhere because the menu was limited. The room smelled very strongly of cleaner when we arrived.
The staff cleaning the rooms were friendly. The restaurant next door served good food. The location was good.
Closet was a wardrobe and therefore not much room for hanging clothing. Ironing board was inadequate as it was a table model and no place to put and very ineffective at pressing clothing. In our washroom the shelf for towels was falling off the wall when we first checked in. Staff should have noted this and it should have been fixed before the room was occupied. Shelf was fixed during our stay but an inconvenience to us.
Not a single thing. The Wyndham Corp should be ashamed to call this a Ramada. I can't believe they wouldn't inspect this rattrap periodically.
Where to start...as we drove up to the hotel my heart fell....it just looked sad. Disrepair might be the best way to describe it...but I had already booked a room and I knew it was too late to cancel. We drove around the block at least 3 times looking for a spot to park to go in to register...finally gave up and parked in a NO Parking zone in front of the hotel...as we entered the lobby we immediately saw one of the dirtiest entry way foyer rugs we had ever walked on. Next to that we noticed that a piece of the front entrance door was missing and cracked with big gaps...as we stood at the desk ready to check in you couldn't miss the dirty carpet... (I knew this was going to be a bad experience)...and so we stood and we stood....it took 2 clerks 10 minutes to deal with another customer who was having credit card problems...not an acknowledgement, not a "we'll be with you shortly"...nothing...once done with the customer, a curt, "Name?" was thrown at us and we proceeded with the check in process...after we had gone through the requisite credit card approval we were informed that parking was going to be an additional $6.00...since we knew there wasn't a spot to be had in front of the hotel, we agreed and so checked in. Back into the car and into the parkade...Dear Lord...bird poop piled high throughout the entire parkade...birds flying everywhere and the ceiling looked as though it was ready to come down. It was dark, dirty and creepy...my husband was ready to turn around and go home but I suggested we'd "tough it out" since we'd already checked in...into the hotel with our luggage and into the dirtiest, fingerprint smudged, cracked and creaking elevator...greeted with hallways, filthy...rugs dirty...into our $170.00 a night room and are you kidding? Ugly! First thing we did was check for bed bugs...
This hotel needs an upgrade big time. Place is older. Needs a new look.
The location The cleanliness
The view ( over a courtyard to other rooms) The wifi was sporadic
