The staff at the front counter upon arrival were very helpful and answer my questions very informal and was very excellent..

Renovations were been done on the room next to us and people were working beside us when we arrived.

Comfortable, clean, good location

It wasn't very clear the Hotel entry

The room was clean and comfortable and the restaurant was very nice.

The entrance was not well indicated and the room was somewhat damp.

Location- easy to find.

Location of room very poor. I am 80 years old carrying a small bag. I had to go upstairs (no elevator) to #275 at the very end of three long corridoors. After a day's work this was not an easy room to find. The breakfast set up was one of the poorest I have found - no co-ordination and running out of foods for various guests.

There were no surprises. Everything was clean and convenient.

The issue with our stay was the hotel was under construction and also the had afilm crew there and access to the lobby and the desk staff was hinder by the filming. They discounted us 20 dollars off our stay but I feel it was not enough off for the inconvience. If I had of known before I booked I would not have stayed there.

The room was exceptional, and the beds and bedding first rate!

I didn't like that they put a hold for $400 on my credit card when the total bill (including taxes) came to only $268.00. If that is their policy it should be stated "up front" on their website when making a booking. Even though the extra money is released when you pay your bill - - it takes two business days for the credit card company to release the money - - so in fact it is depriving you of access to that additional $132.00. It didn't seem right. Also there is no elevator and we had to lug our stuff up the stairs to the second floor.

The restaurant was excellant. Prices were okay and the food and services were excellent.

J'ai fait ma réservation pour une chambre au rez de chaussé via votre site Internet mais j'ai eu une chambre au second étage. J'ai mis sous les yeux du préposé ma copie papier de ma réservation et il m'a répondu que ma demande était rédigée en Français, elle avait été ignoré parce que personne ne lit le français dans cet établissement. Remarques: 1) Google aurait pu traduire facilement ma demande 2) Le site de réservation de Ramada est disponible en français. On a finalement pu répondre à mon souhait mais j'ai du argumenter.
