The location of rooms were peaceful
The place was not clean. Definetly not worth the money spending.
Closeness to medical appointment.
liked location, ease of getting places, low cost
room required repairs and upgrades, breakfast room was not cleaned regularly during service
Window was broken when we arrived. Staff was prompt at sending someone to fix. When we returned the window had been duct taped. The ceiling fan in the bathroom was about to fall down. Found spiders in the bathroom. Blow dryer was about to fall off the wall so we could not use it. Tv channels were limited. In need of serious renovation.
The linens we're not clean Manual door lock was broken Bath tub was Brocken Overall the quality doesn't meet the expectations.
Value for money
We were unable to close the window as the handle was broken due to which it was little uneasy at night..
beds were comfortable
Staff were unfriendly, room wasn't prepared upon check-in (when front desk was alerted, staff said "I know"), bathroom was filthy, bugs in the tub, and noise level was high throughout all hours making sleep difficult
Room was moldy and had a bad mold odor. Bedding was damp. Will never stay there again
Handy to University handy to rail, bus and eating places. Basic but adequate. Cooperative and friendly staff.
Inadequate space for breakfast, facilies are a bit tired, noisy car park at times, patchy internet that kept dropping off,
Beds were comfortable. Overall cleanliness was average. Toilets were somewhat clean. Breakfast was also average considering the money being paid. Ample parking space. Close to downtown.
Even though I had asked for a non-smoking room it smelt like a smoking room. Toilet accessories didn't smell very nice. Carpet was also dirty.
staff were nice, and location was perfect for me
towels were dirty and not replaced. breakfast was only muffins, toast and cereal, no croissants a or Danish offered like at all other hotels I have stayed with that offered continental breakfast.
run down looks like ramada got a run down place to cow town
Kids like the pool
Out dated room, no garbage bag on the garbage can, smells old, the lock did not work that we have to go down to front desk , breakfast not a lot of choices even the room is too small. Don't want to stay there again.
Terrible service , terrible People just an all around terrible experience . Worst place I have ever stayed in
The bathroom door was coming off the hinges. Our room key quit working twice and we had to go to the front desk to get it changed. The breakfast options were very limited, no eggs, no fruit or veggies.
Location was in the area we needed to be. Free wifi.
The hotel is run down as a whole, the bathroom was falling apart, the bed was uncomfortable and I woke with a sore back. There was slim pickings and very little sitting room for the complementary breakfast. The room we were sold was described as having room for 4 adults and 2 children but it only had 2 Queen beds, we had to be inventive to make it work with a family of 6
This was by far the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. I've already made a complaint to head office about this hotel.
Staff was ruDe. Beds were not clean. They sold our parking spots. Our car was vandalized in the parking lot
dirty, ac is not working
Hotel was dated, room was not at all what I expected. The pool was not in service.
Bed was comfortable
- Tub and sink both not draining. - taps dripping -bed cover stained - booked 1 king bed - had 2 queen - room needing update
Nothing but they tried
The first room they put us into was disgusting carpet filthy food left in fridge door locks would not work lighting non existent. The second room was not much better lights not working bathroom door damaged window glass filthy carpet dirty.the outside approaches were dirty and the entrance carpet was filthy.
Way too over priced. This hotel should be no more then $50-$60 a night.
The price, location for link to city train station called Banff tr no more than 500yards from location, was very peaceful and quiet, even though there was aunt football game played one night.
To much starch on the bedding, room needed updating on security,
bigroom, fair price,
poor chanel selection on tv, i booked on trivago, was told the price, the price plus dollar exchange and told the total due but when i payed they added tax despite saying the total and no notation of extra for tax
