We travel with a pet, and the staff were very accommodating for her. The room was remarkably clean as it was a pet designated room. The breakfast provided was enough to satisfy us until lunch.
Found the bed a little too firm, but the bedding was lovely and warm while being light weight.
Very noisy room from plumbing.
on the highway
Comfortable and clean room.
Cleanliness Spaciousness of room Newness Kindness of staff allowing us to put food in fridge as very hot outside
The elevator was mainly for luggage. Before using it you needed to read or get verbal instructions ! The kitchen was out of utensils and the waffle machine needed repair.
That I was able to bring my pets
Friendly greeting upon our rather late arrival. The woman at the desk saw our suitcases and switched us to a ground floor room.
Well taken care of Overall a good nights sleep
Nice and clean.. ..comfortable beds..
Air fan was loud..without it room was hot ..
It would be nice if the complimentary breakfast had more gluten free options
When checking in asked for two rooms on main floor, front desk accommodated us.
My 75 year old mother was in her own room, felt bed was too high off the floor, she had a challenge to get into the bed. Always find it strange, coffee pot, cups, etc just below blow dryer on counter. No pool or hot tub
Easy access for the dogs. Comfortable beds.
Would be nice if it had a pool.
Simple rooms that are clean and the beds are comfortable. Showers are good with newer heads offering good water pressure. Front desk clerk is very accommodating.
We have been using this hotel fora umber of years now as a convenient stop on our way to Vancouver. The breakfast room requires some attention. During this stay, my husband noticed the bread he got was mouldy. when he brought it to the attention of the staff, she got a fresh loaf of bread to give him some from. But instead of removing the remainder of the loaf, she simply examined every piece and left the remainder of bread to be used. When our daughters stopped again a week later, one was unimpressed to find the top of a muffin moulding, as we warned them to check before they ate. Usually you always need to ask for yoghurt. The container where it is kept is not kept cold, the ice melts and yoghurt floats in water. They offer breakfast, but the way it is managed, you are discouraged to eat there.
jaccuzzi tub in our room; beds were wonderful: breakfast was good.
An elevator would be great for people; it was way to hot in the room but the A/C was way too noisey, it clangs when it goes off, the switch for the a/c is too close to the unit, so it doesn't stay on long enough.
Location was helpful after a long day of driving
Lobby small, elevator not working surrounding area looked scary
The large room with plenty of towels etc
A nice little hotel. Well kept and maintained. Clean and friendly staff.
The elevater was a real funny one to operate. You have to push and hold the button till it arrives at the floor and the door opens. The same inside you have to push and hold the button after the door closes and hold it to the floor you going to and have the door open before reliecing the button.
Everything was extremely clean. It looked like the whole place had been polished from top to bottom. We only stayed one night as an overnight stay enroute but were thoroughly impressed by the staff (we arrived early and got offered coffee etc) and the whole feel of the hotel.
The elevator was broken which made it very difficult for my daugher who was 9 months pregnant. Also, we needed ice but the old ice machine was broken and we were told they couldn't get parts for the relic machine. The fellow at the front desk went to the store and purchased a bag of ice for us. We had to wait to get sheets for the cot and had to wash out the bathtub as it had hair and soap scum in it. We were very disappointed as we have always stayed at Ramada Inns but that may change....
