I stayed in Ramada in Boston ( US), It was great so this hotel in Toronto was also clean and comfortable. It's a pity I did not receive any bonuses for my staying there..

The location. The bathroom. The designer and his wife should be forced to live with it for a week.

I liked the staff here who were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were great and it had free WiFi. Something which is a must now. They had a small gym space which allowed me to have a run each morning, it wasn't great, however it sufficed. All in all a very good stay. The restaurant and bar were lacking atmosphere, however the staff were great and were always keen to help unlike some places where you are seen as a pain.

All the staff were very helpful. A chemical spray to make the rooms smell (nice) was used and caused me to have asthma, itchy watery eyes and sneezing. The restaurant was closed for lunch. If you needed the restroom while visiting the restaurant you had to get a key from the desk and go to the second floor. We thought the Hotel looked tired

The location, proximity to via Rail (Union Station) and Eaton Centre was very good; and excellent for Downtown Yonge, subway (College Station), St. Lawrence Market, Distillery District, Allen Gardens, shops, clubs, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. Pricing was good and suite size was good. Staff were friendly and efficient, we had a couple of minor maintenance issues that were looked after instantaneously!

I very much enjoyed my stay, the room was nice, the staff were friendly and it is located in a very convenient place. I had not touched the alarm clock located in my suite, however if went off at 6 in the morning and disturbed my sleep. The cleaning staff should make sure to disable all alarms so the customer has the option to use it or not.

Reasonable price and the location. Fridge and microwave are in the room. It looked perfect at the beginning-updated bathroom including a glass shower and a toto toilet ( great brand!). But it was not a happy ending. I went to a swimming pool but it was too small for adults and moreover, freezing cold. The bed sheets were obviously second use and the pillows were smelly. After all I didn't have a wink of sleep because of the noise from the heater as well as the stranger's smell. It's a shame..

Close to venue of concert we attended When I booked online, I checked off that I wanted a hotel with free parking in the selection filter. Once at the hotel, I was charged 22 bucks for parking! Also, we were kept awake by noisy hotel guests from 2 am til 5 am! We called the front desk and were informed some guests had just returned to the hotel...well, duh, we could figure that out for ourselves. We would have preferred a staff member to come up and remind them to show at a tiny bit of common courtesy and remain in the corridor until they did. Hard to teach manners to people these days, I guess.

Our room was spotless. The bathroom was unbelievably clean, which is very important to us. The king sized bed was very clean and made up to look inviting. We were here for an early Dr. Appt., Which was close by the Toronto General Hosp. The Ramada was in an area of Toronto where we felt safe walking. There are absolutely no complaints. Perfect Room.

We liked the overall decor. It was well maintained and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was a wee bit tight but it offered us exactly what we wanted for a romantic getaway. I would recommend this hotel with confidence. We will go back! We were surprised that parking was not included in the cost, and that the Shade restaurant was not open at 10/30am on a Friday morning for breakfast. Oh well we walked the streets of Toronto and got to experience the Torontonian way. :-)
