I was upgraded automatically to a beautiful suite for such a low price. The staff were friendly and efficient! Very impressive! I will be back! |

The room was comfortable and clean. The staff at the front desk were helpful and friendly as well as the restaurant staff and any other staff we encountered. I would stay there again -reasonably priced. |

We received a free upgrade upon our arrival. Nice bedroom, very comfortable bed. Bathrooms needs to be renovated and to be cleaned more thoroughly. |

its being in downtown area was realy good,the size of the room ,comparing with its having only three stars was realy good, i hated the price of niagra falls tour that hotel was offering |

Nice sized rooms, confortable. Noisy parties going on and people yelling in the halls at 3 am and rattling on our door. |

Easy to reach by car, a good and reasonably-priced garage. Pretty close to public transportation. A good hotel with no negative experiences. The receptionist had not received my Booking.com reservation but we got a room for the same price without any hassle. |

The size of the junior suite was surprisingly large -- good value for the money. Urine smell in the area just out of the parking garage elevator. Carpet in the suite - dislike carpet anywhere. |

It's a perfect location, a close walk to everything. The staff was very helpfull with directions. The rooms were nice and clean. The pool was only 4' deep, wasn't good to swim in. |

I loved the room. It was clean and very comfortable. the beds were very comfortable and it was quiet. I wish the sauna room was little bigger as I couldn't get into it as there were 2 people in it already. |

hot tub and swimming pool, upgrade of room when mistake was made, and free meal when mistake was made the employees seemed a little worried because we were young but they shouldn't judge a book by it's cover |

Location. Price. Cleanliness of room. Staff were helpful. Sauna was not on when I went to use it in the morning. I had to turn it on myself (no instructions) but couldn't wait to heat up so I left without using. I thought the price of the parking was too much ($22.00). |

We stayed in a junior suite, really comfortable King bed, clean good sized room and value for money. Central location. Short walk to major shops, restaurants etc. Metro stop 5 minutes away giving access to the city. Corridors were dreary and in need of updating. No real bar in hotel. There is one in the restaurant but is was not really a bar more of a counter for restaurant drinks. |
