The location was perfect. Close down shopping, bars, restaurants, etc. I reserved a hotel room with one king sized bed, and when I got there we were "upgraded" to a queen suite as I am assuming our room was given away. I would have preferred the king sized bed over the queen. Also our room was not very clean, there was hair all over the bath tub inside the towel when we unfolded them, and dirt/dust in the corners. I think your maids needs to do a better job of cleaning! The only thing I enjoyed was the location.

Nice parking garage, nice location Old rooms, smells a lot in the upper suites. We stayed in a 3* hotel in New York, on Wall Street, which was 40$ cheaper then Toronto and overscored the Ramada Plaza in all his aspects. In fact, we did several nice suites and hotels during our summer break in US/Canada. Ramada Plaza was the most expensive suite we had, but the most dissapointed room also... Realy a bummer...

The staff and the ease getting to the centre. I was there on bussiness, so to get downtown was very simple and quick. The first roon that I was in had mushrooms going in it. So that was beyond words. Then I was put on the 9th floor where they were changing out the carpets, so that was a bit of a problem for me and the workers. Beside those two thing it was a good place to stay.

I write as a regular client. This hotel can be extremely noisy, especially on Saturday nights, on account of the type of clients it tends to attract (I shall say no more on this specific point). Now, the staff at the desk will not do much to calm things down - even if you ask them repeatedly. When I threatened to phone the police on account of rowdy behaviour in a nearby room which was still keeping me awake at 3h00 am (and this was after I had complained four times!), they did not bat an eyelid and told me that I was free to do that if I wanted. Given the type of clientele at this hotel, I cannot understand why the management does not designate one floor - only one floor - as a quiet area and rent rooms on that floor exclusively to people who expressly agree to be quiet. The hotel could even advertise this service and charge a little extra for it. As things stand, one stays at this hotel if, and only if, for whatever reason, one does not have a choice.

Close to venue of concert we attended When I booked online, I checked off that I wanted a hotel with free parking in the selection filter. Once at the hotel, I was charged 22 bucks for parking! Also, we were kept awake by noisy hotel guests from 2 am til 5 am! We called the front desk and were informed some guests had just returned to the hotel...well, duh, we could figure that out for ourselves. We would have preferred a staff member to come up and remind them to show at a tiny bit of common courtesy and remain in the corridor until they did. Hard to teach manners to people these days, I guess.

Our room was spotless. The bathroom was unbelievably clean, which is very important to us. The king sized bed was very clean and made up to look inviting. We were here for an early Dr. Appt., Which was close by the Toronto General Hosp. The Ramada was in an area of Toronto where we felt safe walking. There are absolutely no complaints. Perfect Room.

We arrived late and they upgraded us and were quick getting us settled in. Close to where we needed to go for appointment. Parking on the premises. Television in one bedroom did not work, but it was not a big problem.

We liked the overall decor. It was well maintained and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was a wee bit tight but it offered us exactly what we wanted for a romantic getaway. I would recommend this hotel with confidence. We will go back! We were surprised that parking was not included in the cost, and that the Shade restaurant was not open at 10/30am on a Friday morning for breakfast. Oh well we walked the streets of Toronto and got to experience the Torontonian way. :-)

The price was decent, it had free wi-fi and a pool. The location was a good location in downtown . easy to walk to various spots the city. The staff was nice and professional. Our only complaint really is that the walls are paper thin, there is not much sound proofing so the noise from other rooms and the hallway carries.. We could hear everyone who was watching tv next door, bouncing on the bed on the floor above us, having a party in the other room, talking loudly in the hallway. The noise was not a total deal breaker for us as we live on a busy city street back home, but if you are a light sleeper or have to be up early the next day it's definitely something to consider.

Althought the parking and breakfast were not included We like the location with a lot of place to visit around as an example CN towe, City Hall and Rogers. The room is very big with two queen size beds plus two sofas. The parking is very expensive and is very cold during the winter.
