Our room smelled like urine. We had to buy Febreeze for our room.
Restaraunt had good food and service.
Bathroom in my room was too small. Elevators were also too small.
very clean....nice restaurant attached
very noisy people above me
Nice junior suite but cramped. In room coffee is terrible.
Only one ice machine and it was in the basement.
Noiseisolation between rooms and to the street traffic Stuff not much friendly
Great walk-in shower. Rooms are comfortable and clean.
Very small elevator so make sure you have the time to wait for the next or the next .... one.
We enjoyed our stay. The staff was cooperative and pleasant wanting to meet our needs. An excellent stay.
Friendly and helpful
The sofa beds in the suite are not appropriate for paying guests.
The price was good and the room was nice. Liked the layout.
The hotel location is somewhere you dont want to be at night.
The staff were helpful and polite. Lovely room and bathroom. Very quiet. Close to College Station.
Surrounding area, very dirty and smelly. Lack of changing area at the swimming pool.
Nice room (suite) good restaurant. Reasonable rates
too much noise! We were on a lower floor; there was a fan or something that came on at intervals, garbage collectors during the night and a strange smell in the corner by the bed
The hotel was reasonably priced for down town Toronto.
We asked for a room for four but there was only 1 facecloth and 3 towels in the room. Could not get the WIFI to work.
Bed great. Room. Great.
Reception staff need education re customer engagement. Not overly friendly. Breakfast first day - Restaurant did not open at 0700 as expected. we had to catch early train -
Very close to the subway and restaurants. Staff was great and overall would stay again.
I liked the cleanliness of the room, and you could tell the restrooms were renovated not too long ago. The selections of tv channels were very good, which kept the kiddo entertained. Free Wi-Fi was a selling point for me, as we were from the 'states, and through Wi-Fi we were able to Facetime with family without having to worry about updating our mobile data plan or getting an international calling card. Concierge and staff were welcoming and attentive. The hotel was about 10 minutes away from the Rogers Centre, yet close enough to a lot of ethnic food spots, and a market was conveniently located a block away.
Lack of ice machines. I understand the place isn't huge in comparison to other downtown hotels, but, maybe adding another one near the pool or in another floor (for those staying at the 10th fl) would be nice. I also found it ironic that I signed a form at check-in agreeing to not smoke (which is fine, I don't smoke anyway,) however, the room reeked of a cigarette that was recently put out. We found ashes in the sink. Staff was notified immediately, and within minutes, an air purifier was brought to our room.
Pretty much everything. Great breakfast that was included in price.
Only negative was the pillows for me but they were fine for my husband.
Generally OK but unexciting. 2 room suite worked well for our family of 5. Easy access by car but parking expensive. Good wifi and a small business centre with a working printer were a plus.
Self catering facilities consisted of a coffee maker and a microwave. Decor a bit dated.
the maid was awesome and friendly
kind of small , difficult to open sofa bed, and move around room
Friendly staff especially Michael who made sure our stay was comfortable.
They called a cab for us and they told us a flat rate price and then the taxi driver told us it wss wrong. So the communications between the hotel and their own services is not quite good
Party in room next to ours
Good hotel at a reasonable price. Walking distance to city centre. Comfortable spacious rooms. Breakfast extra but not too expensive. Decent wifi.
Car park was $24
Breakfast could be better
Internet very unstable; Room aren't sound proofed and needs more brightness. Sheets, covers, pillows need replaced.
