the 1st manager on check in was very nice

the bed was too small need a true queen size. Laudry did not have a fresh smell. The heater/ac was way too noisy and the bathroom was too small, door hits knees when sitting on toilet, bathtub way too small, should not have a tub, only a shower to fit the space. Very minature.

They are pet friendly,not just in name, but in actions. staff are friendly and accomodating. apprectiated the 24 coffee availability and the hot breakdfasts.

it was convenient for me to stay there & the price was good. the front entrance was under renovations & i love to see places get updated even if its an inconvenience to me. verry clean place!

the woman at the front desk couldnt smile if here life depended on it & she had an attitude problem. she handed me the card for the room & didnt tell me where the room was & when I asked she treated me like I should have known where to go & that was the same responce i got when i asked about the pop machine & the ice maker. she never infomed me of the check out time or the continental breakfast. maybe it was her 1st day working there but it seemed like i was imposing in on her. i could see it if i gave here a reason for being like this but she was cold right from the time i walked in. the lady at check out was verry kind & friendly!

The continental breakfast was small and we were quite disappointed.

The morning staff was very nice. I didn't put in any complaints with them as it was after the fact... I knew I would put my complaint in with you.

My room was dirty (rings on the tables, they had not been wiped off from the previous people, hair on the toilets, mold in the bathroom, the carpets dirty, when I got into the room, the heat had been turned up to about 76. I put on the air conditioner but the room never cooled down. My parents room (112) was cold and the pillows were old. They only had one blanket on their beds and 1 more blanket each in the cupboard. They were cold I thought that I had requested 2 rooms side by side but obvious didn't request it in person so we were on 2 separate floors (Parents are 86 and 87 - should not have been by themselves.)

The site was very convenient to where we were going. It was nice to have a quick breakfast option. The staff were friendly and courteous.

We found that the bathroom was very small and the washroom outside the bathroom had both positives and negatives. I did speak to the reception desk the next morning about the condition of the mattress.
