Loved having a mini fridge in the room and the beds were extremely comfortable

Not a lot of water pressure in the showers and maybe they should have a place to get some good drinking water to use in the coffee pots I had to buy two bottles of water in the vending machine and they weren't cheap lol

Room was upgraded, which was nice. The bed was very comfortable. Having an onsite restaurant was great.

I booked online, and when I went to check out I had to pay. They said this was just to hold the room. I will be checking with my Visa company to make sure I was not charged twice. Parking was limited as they had other functions in their conference rooms on the last night.

EXcellent, friendly staff in dining room and especially our room staff. They catered to us all week.

Location, close to shopping, friendly staff.

We chose the buffet breakfast and the eggs were cold every morning. They were in a proper container and there was supposed to be some sort of heat source under it but there was not. that is the only complaint we have.

The rooms were spacious and very clean....Housekeeping did an excellent job and were not the least bit obtrusive ......Front desk were more than helpful and went out of their way to assist us...I Would recommend to everyone .....

Evermore was not in a convenient location.

The kitchenette was very handy, the king size bed was very comfortable, the TV was very good, and there was lots of space in the whole suite !!

Central location, good food and friendly restaurant staff, spacious rooms.

Really love the Ramada. Stayed there before .. very clean, comfortable and spacious rooms ..

The hotel has noisey doors .. every time someone left their room the doors are very loud when they close ...

The staff were very friendly and helpful

The fitness room was difficult to find.

Au téléphone le commis avait accorder un tarif d'une fédération x mais une fois sur place le manager Greg Flemings n'était pas très réceptif. Nous semblions le déranger plus qu'autre chose. Le personnel n'est pas très amical. Bâtiment pas très bien entretenu, les tapis dans les airs communs étaient vraiment sales, toutefois la chambre était propre. Nous ne retournerons pas dans ce Ramada, l'expérience n'en vaut pas le coût.

Proche de l'hôpital (visite pour maladie en ce qui nous concerne). Taxis toujours disponibles sur le parking de l'hôtel.

Les lits ne sont pas de bonne qualité je crois qu'ils ont besoin d'être changés (en tous cas pour notre séjour). Quand on se met dedans on roule dans le milieu. On voit que cet hôtel est vieux (ancien hôtel St Jean) et que les rénovations ne sont pas de qualité. La salle de sport par rapport à la photo ça n'a rien à voir !!! très obsolète. C'est une chambre vidée de ses meubles et remplacés par des appareils de moyenne qualité. La salle de restauration a besoin d'être rénovée (plafonds démontés on voit la structure) il a vraiment besoin de travaux ce restaurant. Je trouve qu'il y a beaucoup de travaux à faire en général dans cet hôtel (peintures, plâtre aux plafonds ...). Pour ma part rapport qualité prix j'y retournerai pas. Autre chose quand on arrive avec des valises pas très pratique pour aller au comptoir pour s'enregistrer il y a des marches à descendre

Beds were very comfortable and the room was big enough that our two young children had room to play and move around.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel staff was courteous. Starbucks across the street and plenty of shopping within 3 Km. We would definitely stay at this Ramada again.

the room were large and very comfortable . the bed were very large and comfortable ,

although the bed were large and comforable but high off the floor If i were travelling with an elder they would have dificulty gettingon the bed .also i found a beer stopper behind a bureau and i was not drinking .

locked keys in my room and was able to obtain a replacement key without id

I booked the shuttle bus to pick me up at the AirPort (arrival at midnight), but it never showed up. Really poor service for the price.

Spacious and clean. Like the wood floors. Staff were very nice!!
