Above expected. Very spacious room, clean, confortable and quiet. Breakfast is fair and its included.

Location, access, excellent continental breakfast

Cramped, insufficient desk space for 2 laptops, have to crawl under desk and disconnect lamp to plug in computer. No room to unpack 2nd suitcase.

The place was clean and pretty good for it's price. We were not expecting the complementary breakfast, so it was a pleasant surprise.

The hotel did not provide slippers for us to use in the room. The adjacent room was pretty noisy on Saturday night. Better sound proofing might be necessary.

Close to downtown. Good accommodations for the price. Close to a nice walking trail by the water.

Used bar of soap left in bathtub. Did not get the proper room that was booked due to the hotel being overbooked and was told if I wanted that room I could go to a different hotel. Needs more parking, the lot gets very cramped fast.

This hotel was just fantastic. It was very fast to downtown, they had a huge complimentary breakfast, the staff (desk / housekeeping) were so friendly and helpful, love that they have a pub and beer store onsite, (but not disturbing noise) and they price through bookings.com was unbeatable. Just great and my husband and two small daughters (1 and 3) had a fantastic time. We will stay at Ramada Victoria from now on!! Cant wait to try their pool and restaurant this summer! :)

Looked like the maintenance man and some housekeeping/front desk staff were having a bit of a tiff in front of some guests. I found this to be unprofessional. However, all the staff we dealt with were very helpful and polite!! We really enjoyed our stay! Thanks Ramada Victoria!

You can't beat the value, $59 a night includes breakfast, This was my 3rd time staying at the Ramada Victoria and will not be my last.

No fan in the bathroom

The room was clean and over all better than expected. I would recommend it to families and friends.

Everything. Especially the hotel offered continental breakfast during our stay. We usually book hotels with breakfast just for convenience and this was the first time we were trying one without. You can tell how happy we were when we got there and were told that continental breakfast available in the morning...

We do enjoy staying at the Ramada. It's always been very clean, the staff are friendly, we get a continental breakfast in the morning, and it's always been reasonably priced, which we appreciate. It is located conveniently, close to where our daughter lives, as well as to shopping and downtown.

We had a situation where the people were smoking in the next room and we called the FD to report it and asked if they could be told to stop. Unfortunately, instead of inconveniencing the smokers, we were told that we would have to move because the manager would deal with it in the morning. This was 11:00 p.m. and we had to pack all our stuff up and move. Don't know if this is protocol but when someone is disobeying the rules of the hotel, shouldn't it be investigated and the perpetrators told to desist or move? not the innocent hotel guests?

Pleasant staff, but not very updated.

The restaurant attached/next to the hotel was noisy and more of a bar . . . certainly not very comfortable for business travel.The stay was uneventful, but unfortunately very limited dinner opportunities, and I had to leave early, prior to breakfast being available.

Facilities were not in brand new conditions, but well maintained. The luggage carts had larger tires (quiet and easy to move across elevator and flours. Staff was really friendly and caring.

Generally the staff was pleasant and helpful with the exception of the pool maintenance guy who was rude and nasty, because of him I would never stay there again what an asshole he was

Good sized room! Comfy bed. Great bathroom. We had a lovely stay here and we got a complimentary breakfast that was good too.

The hotel has problem with power failure thre is no guides how to get out from the hotel in case of fire There was no diretion and free path to The emergency exit No representative of the hotel was available when the power failure occurred and the fire alarm was ringing with no reasone and no one could shut it down
