Ramada Hotel Fredericton  

Very unusual layout, with weird balconies overlooking open concept activity area. It was noisy with people, and strange building noise. We booked a room with two beds, but due to problems with families arriving, we were bumped to a business class room. That would have been okay if there was only one of us. One person had to sleep on the pull-out couch, and that was equivalent to a torture rack. We were told that with the upgrade the water, mints, and chips were free, but there was only one bottle of water and one bag of chips. Those enticements were hardly worth being considered as an upgrade.

We arrived late at the hotel after getting lost due to the main bridge being closed,and we had to leave early the next morning due to prior arrangements.That being said,the staff at the front desk were very kind and offered us a map of fredericton to avoid any further incidents.She also poited out different options for dinning due to the hour and provided us with take out menues.I Was hopeing to take advantage of the pool and hot tub area as well as checking out the fish pond but was not able to due to our late arrival.I Look forward to making another visit in the future and taking in the whole experience.

The hotel was friendly , clean, relaxing and the food in the restaurant great! The beds were comfortable.

This hotel was very dated and grungy feeling. Hallway noise kept us awake. Would not return to this hotel.

J'ai réservé via votre agence et quand je suis arrivé à l'hotel il n'avait pas la réservation et l'hotel était complète, ça l'a pris plus d'une heure pour que le pertsonnel puisse me trouver une chambre alors que l'avais ma cinfirmation via votre agence. ( Très déçu deçu de bookin G.com, assez pôpur nr plus l'utiliser)
