even I requested many times for receipt showing HST, they never prepared and never sent. Really noisy.

Place is run down, needs lots of renovations, when we arrived (late afternoon) one older lady was cleaning rooms and working at the front desk, restaurant was closed. No tv in rooms, no ac (ceiling fan only). Would not recommend to anyone.

This hôtel is a shame it should better to be closed. It looked first to be abandoned... We regret it was not. Urgent to cancel this hotel from your list !

Quant and friendly. Pool Table and board games aplenty. Old-fashioned feel to the place.

It feels past its best.

I can honestly say that we stayed at a Bed and Breakfast at Point Peele for almost the same price with a room that excelled at what you had to offer. There was no tv, glasses, poor water quality and poor decorating skills. The patch work of painting and decorating were as if you purchased at a garage sale. The whole establishment smelled musty, it was out dated and was put together like a last resort place to stay on a rainy night. I was very disappointed in what was offered for the price. As I said, we were treated royally in a signature suite with a nightly treat of wine and treats, great hospitality, overseeing a beautiful view. Very disappointing. However, the Top Notch restaurant offered great food for a great value.

See above, could not describe a more disappointing waste of money since we are only on one salary and this was our last minute time away

Old, smelly. Tried to take a shower, the water smelled horrible.The room was not too bad, the hallway very messy, the door held open by an old shoe. The grounds not maintained. The so called indoor pool and spa dirty. I never go there again.

Very nice situation next to the Agonquin park, a pretty lake were you can swim an do canoe with free materials

The friendliness of the owner. The location and atmosphere

It was a great lodge in the 1950's but is still in the 50's. We are not picky but would not stay there again.

Beautiful rustic setting with nice lodge and stand alone cabins.

No refridgerator in cabin.

We ere in a Cottage. Very private. Quiet, peaceful surrondings with lots of trees - very nice to be secluded in nature.

We could have used a queen size bed. Had originally booked one but forgot mention that we couldn't do stairs. That was our misfortune.

The location was close to the party we were attending.

No soundproofing between rooms - we had loud drunk people next to us. Pool wasn't open. Dusty. Mold found in room. Beds uncomfortable. Dining room ran out of food. Musty smell.
