The proximity to main attractions is the only good thing I can say about the hotel To tell you the truth , it was way too expensive to start with . Carpets were disgusting , I think it is a family business and people taking care of cleaning the rooms did not do a good job . I have found soiled male boxers under the bed...6 person room with only 3 towels , I saw the cleaners entering with a vacuum but did not use it , instead the female took a soiled towel and tried to get rid of some dirt on the carpet. Room stunk , Tv not working , called but no one showed up to fix the problem , No remote for TV cover bed sheet not clean, found lots of hair ...was reluctant to sleep in bed ..No security in parking lots ...teenagers making lots of noise at 2 in morning with dirt bike but no staff advised them . Called front desk but no answer.....basically .....Not satisfied at all. The guy at the reception was very nice and gave good infos on how to get to places . I just think they should pay attention to remodel the place, change the carpets , fix the air conditioners , change furnitures or remove some . Location is great , reception people are nice but I would hire professionnals to do the rooms and get security overnight . I went to cuba in 2 .5 stars hotels that are way cleaner than this . The picture on the site did not really correspond to the reality . Sorry about the trashing but I went there with 4 other adults and 2 kids and they were not happy ......at all !!! |

It was in a residential area and not well kept...its a motel and its marketed as a suite hotel. I did not like the motel at all. There was water spill on the floor even b4 we occupied. The sink in the washroom was dirty and rusted...all over. The curtain rail was all rusty and in very poor condition. |

The hotel doesn't make me feel safe. It has note on all windows warn 'the property is monitored by camera' and lower part of the room window has a stick to prevent breaking into the room. The location is a little bit far on a dark street. Pool is not open. Room door can't be locked from inside. They charge $10 for room service which is not included in the rate. What room service they provide? |

the bed was comfy. Staff respected our stuff. I had my makeup case on the bed, and they mad the other bed and didn't touch ours, didn't want to move anything. soaps where from other hotels. hand soap used. Usually hotels have new ones for quest. They should have at least half of the rooms non smoking. I asked for non smoking rooms and got smoking rooms. |

The beds were really comfortable. Sometimes the key cards didn't work and it wasn't kept up that well. (ie. chipping paint outside, dirty pool, outdated rooms.) |

The location, but found there were lots of other hotels in the same location The reception area, unclean bedding, lack of towels, etc first night. There was a slight improvement for the 2nd night, but the damage was done. |

Climbing the stairs to the 2nd floor while we had a person using a cane, the back stairwell was not lit at all so when we came back after dark it was not too safe feeling. |
