the bed was comfy. Staff respected our stuff. I had my makeup case on the bed, and they mad the other bed and didn't touch ours, didn't want to move anything. soaps where from other hotels. hand soap used. Usually hotels have new ones for quest. They should have at least half of the rooms non smoking. I asked for non smoking rooms and got smoking rooms. |

The beds were really comfortable. Sometimes the key cards didn't work and it wasn't kept up that well. (ie. chipping paint outside, dirty pool, outdated rooms.) |

The location, but found there were lots of other hotels in the same location The reception area, unclean bedding, lack of towels, etc first night. There was a slight improvement for the 2nd night, but the damage was done. |

Climbing the stairs to the 2nd floor while we had a person using a cane, the back stairwell was not lit at all so when we came back after dark it was not too safe feeling. |

the room wasn't anything like what was on the web. It didn't look anything like it there is no way you can hear the falls from that place like it said on the web. |

The hotel looked run down, the room had an oder to it. No food in walking distance. Tiny shower. I went by the name and the rate and was disapointed. |

In spite of insistence on non-smoker room, they attempted to give us a shabby room smelling of smoke. They reluctantly upgraded to a more expensive room at no extra charge. Frankly, we wouldn't have paid the price asked for the better room as it had been renovated by amateurs at the least cost conceivable. Probably a nice motel in the 70's but a bit frightening by today's standards. |

We did not like it, we left in the morning instead of staying there for the original 6 days we booked,We went to Econo Lodge closer and not way back in a dark scary neighbourhood. I was nervous walking back, The room was not very clean- the shower, stuff under the beds-ie potato chip container, I have asked for the owner to call me to discuss this with me-but I recieved no call back. |

Accessibilty to main street, Highway and attractions. Lack of cleanliness, upper & lower floors. Carpets all stained & frayed. Smell of cig. Smoke in the rooms. Size of towels. Lack of facecloths. Lack of appropriate bedding. |

Taxi was sent on time on the departure day (6 am!) This was the worst motel I stayed in for this price (75$ P.N.), I stayed in far cheaper and much better motels. There were also in the same area motel which were better and cheaper. My advice is to go there and ask motels directly, do not book Red Carpet Inn. |

there were only one rool of toilet paper, no towels in the room when we arrived, no box of kleenex and no coffee machine. the motel was old and did not reflet the internet picture at all |

The motel needs to be scratched off your list - the Niagara Falls were magnificent, but motel is about 2 miles from falls Location,lack of amenities, non-caring staff,blankets on bed did not even reach the sides of bed, towels were paper thin and 24"x15" in size - no hair dryers,no coffee in rooms. Even the shampoo and soaps were from other motels. Shampoo from Howard Johnsons,Soap from some motel in Florida etc. etc.wallpaper peeling off walls,so on and so on....... |
