That the staff was very helpful, Mall's and restaurants close by, and on the bus line that was so easy to use.
The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, sheets very crisp and clean. The washroom was spotless clean. All in all good value for money and the location .
It had good access to main traffic arteries, and the room was better than expected for the price, well appointed, clean and comfortable.
Unexpected kitchenette area was a pleasant surprise. Good value for money Clean room Perfect for an overnight stay and visit to Victoria
No view, but didn't expect one due to the location
bus links into downtown convenient
nothing much to see in the area and shopping of any kind was limited
We liked that it was available and the wifi worked decent and that the king size bed had enough room for three. That's really about it.
We didn't like the hair stuck in our towel. We didn't like the hard as a rock bed and we didn't like the dirty ceiling. We didn't like the smell of smoke right outside our room. We didn't like the noise from the strip club parking lot. We were only in the hotel room for 8'ish hours before getting back to home.
Proximity to downtown and the staff was very cordial.
Breakfast was not available.
Nice facility, well-appointed
Too far from downtown Victoria
no breakfast, bit old facility
It's was clean, spacious, very central , free car park
Not very sound proof, could hear screaming children running in the hallway at 7am
Staff very pleasant and accommodating. Excellent price with Booking.com. Outdoor pool open until 11 pm. Complimentary passes to Steve Nash gym. Near McDonald's, A&W, and Tim Horton's for a quick cheap breakfast. Mall across the street. Other restaurants connected to the hotel were highly recommended.
Difficult to find parking at night in front. We had to park around the side near the Stripper Bar(Fox). As long as you have a car otherwise far from the harbor and main attractions.
Old building,strong smelling.
Easy to find and quiet.
Some of the decor is quite dated. Carpet is quite old.
Beds, nearby parking.
Clients of the Adult entertainment bar nearby!
The room was clean and had everything we needed. The Wi-Fi worked great!
The bed was not very comfortable and the pillows were terrible, like little bricks.
Nice hotel very clean good price
It was a little to far for someone with out a car. The location is great if you were site seeing other areas outside of the city.
High level of party noise in halls till 230 AM.
Excellent wi-fi Swimming pool outside but warm The room was a suite with a full kitchen Very close to shopping centers Good price
No breakfast included
Rooms were average for price point .
Front desk clerk was a bit snotty and have me a room that people were already checked into . Quite noisy because of street traffic . Elevator smelled of burning rubber . I abit over priced for the distance from downtown .
STAFF WAS PLEASANT AND CLEANING STAFF WAS GOOD.
FACILITY IS A BIT RUNDOWN, PANELING CHIPPED, PAINT BUCKLING.
Cheap price. Friendly staff. Room was clean. Free wi-fi and good cable channels.
Highly undesirable location if you want to see Victoria proper and don't have a car (we traveled by ferry and left our rental car in Vancouver to save money). Downtown/harbor/sites only accessible by bus or taxi - much too far to walk. Also undesirable for other reasons - hotel is adjacent to a strip club, and this was kind of unsavory for me personally. I didn't feel great about walking by a boozy, rowdy crowd near my hotel as a young woman (not traveling alone, but still). No issues with loudness interfering with our sleep however. Decor a little dated and dingy.
The location to where we were going in Victoria
I did not like the colour of the tiles in the bathroom. However the bathroom was clean
front desk staff, check in and check out comfortable bed, quiet room
the motorcycle that started at 6:00 am under my bedroom window
My studio room was clean and modern with a nice kitchenette. Very nice for a reasonable price.
The staff was very kind
