Score from 18 reviews Very good
can't beat the location Very friendly staff
if we had paid more attention to the room description we would have known that our room did not have a TV. We thought $144 for a weekend rate which included Sunday night was expensive
staff very helpful, but there could be directions for the use of the T.V. in each room.
The bathroom, tub, needs a shower mat or bar to aid mature clients
Staff very friendly Great location
No housekeeping Had to ask for towels Breakfast not included No chairs at the beach to watch kids No one at the desk to answer questions No clock in the room Carpet in the room was awful and the room had a weird odour
The location of the Inn is very beautiful and close to all attractions. The staff was friendly and very accommodating . Accommodations were clean.
The location, the view, cleanliness
Only one garbage can...no kleenex, no extra toilet paper...just minor things
The staff is very friendly and accommodating, including the chef, who custom cooked a couple of times for us. The owner even hangs out with the guests in the evening when he can, and he was our waiter the first night we were there (it's always nice to know that an owner is willing to do the same work as the staff). Location is convenient--right off the highway and about 10 minutes from downtown Minden.
Bed was really comfortable and staff very helpful and friendly. Had one excellent lunch! Location is beautiful!
Room in inn had no air conditioning and it was hot. Also, room was over main entrance and so outside lights kept room lit up as venetian blinds inadequate. Noisy when trying to sleep. No tissues or shampoo etc. as I had counted on it. $300 for two nights quite a bit...
The owner went out of his way to make my stay as pleasureable as possible. Besides that- the rooms left a lot to be desired. I was hoping to go for a dip in the lake however I would have had to jump off the dock into water over my head. The other beach was a weedy dog beach. For two days it was well over 400 dollars ( a little rich for what I got ).
The grounds were well kept.
