Refuge Du Poète was wonderful. The accommodations were very comfortable and there was parking in back of the house in a driveway which was very convenient. We travelled with two dogs and they enjoyed meeting the cute little Shih Tzu who lived in the house.

clean maybe I did not notice it addressed in the add but no breakfast? doesn't b & b infer at least a continental breakfast? for the price, maybe that was asking too much.

A wonderful period house and a very friendly host, Louise. The room has a lot of period character and it has a real home from home feeling. Louise was very helpful and recommended a nice restaurant in the evening. The area is nice and quiet and there was one covered parking space behind the house although parking in the area would have also been possible. A good choice and would recommend to others.

It's a charming place with a soul, for half the price of the rooms in hotel chains. Street parking right next to building is not possible overnight between November and April. Didn't apply to my booking date, but would have to consider before booking in winter...

Our room was perfect and Louise was a wonderful hostess. Breakfast(s) were fantastic, served outside in the garden by Louise in costume. Excellent coffee! Advice was freely given, all of which was helpful. Will definitely stay there again when in Montreal.

Nous avons eu l'impression de nous sentir comme chez nous ! Présence discrète mais sympathique de Louise, la "patronne". Excellent rapport qualité prix pour une chambre de cette taille avec cet équipement, et cette situation. Chambre agréable et chaleureuse : décoration très personnalisée

L'hotesse était très sympatique et accueillante. Un petit incident nous est arrivé: le lit s'est brisé et elle a vite pris le tout en main et nous avons très bien dormi. Avoir aussi la salle de bain à même la chambre est très bien apprécié. Merci à Madame Louise !!!

La posizione è centrale e se arrivi per primo puoi avere anche il deposito auto Praticamente niente,sul sito c'è scritto che si può pagare con la carta ma l'apparechio per il pagamento stranamente non funziona, la colazione non si può fare e nelle camere senti tutto quello che succede nelle altre.l'arredo è grottesco.non capisco come possa essere definito favoloso dal sito

C'est le côté campagne en ville....au coeur du centre ville .....et une tranquilité incroyable...paisible!!!!C'était comme pénétré dans les années 1800...avec la beautée de la pierre et des poutres de ce temps!!!

Stationnement gratuit. Jolie maison bien décorée. Gens agréables. L'hôte n'était pas au courant de mon arrivée car j'ai réservé par internet l'après-midi même. Il faudrait écrire qu'il faut tél. pour les réservations de dernière minute. L'hôte ne m'a pas informé du fonctionnement du système de chauffage et il faisait trop chaud. Il n'y a pas de déjeuner pendant l'hiver. Secteur bruyant.

Premièrement, je réserve une chambre avec petit déjeuner, quelle surprise lorsque la propriétaire me mentionne que les prix ont changés et que je devrais débourser $25 de plus pour le déjeuner. Deuxièmement le matériaux retenant le matelas sur le cadre de métal cède trois fois dès que je m'assois sur le lit. Une chance que j'étais seul.

Verdaderamente sensacional, una calidez extraordinaria, te ofrecen todo lo que necesites, son adorables, te dan puntos exactos para que te traslades a los lugares que quieres conocer, la verdad, fue una experiencia inigualable, n o creo que haya otro espacio tan agradable como el refuge de poete. Le caractère ancestral de la résidence, son aménagement (mobilier et déco) en harmonie avec la résidence, les petits-déjeuners complets, copieux et savoureux, sans prétention. L'affabilité de la propriétaire. La localisation, à deux pas de la rue Saint-Charles, l'artère principale du Vieux Longueuil et de ses nombreux bistros et restaurants.

The lady running the B&B is very nice. Unfortunately no breakfast available but I understand that it's low seanson. I rated poor cleanliness because of dust, spider webs, after a 2 night stay, bed not made and towels not changed.

Un cadre familial et un accueuil tres canadien tres chaleureux.Pas loin de de l'ile de Montreal et du Parc Jean Drapeau et tout dans le calme.On peut passe des vacances agreables sans le stress ,l'agitation et le protocol des grands hotels.
