The food was excellent! The organization was horrible. We had booked 3 rooms for 4 nights with confirmations and there was a scramble for rooms when we got there. Then in the middle of our stay we had to switch rooms (all of us so we had 3 rooms full of people to switch). The shower in one room didn't work, the lock in another room didn't work. Overall for a business location it was very poor.

The beds and pillows were amazing! The front desk personnel were so nice too. We will definitely stay here again. Housekeeping was lacking. Carpets were dirty and stained but we were told at the front desk that they are being replaced.

It was a good price and a good location for my needs. When I used to live in the city is was one of the nicer hotels. The hotel is completing some exterior construction and the interior is very dated and rundown, the hotel needs some work.

The location was good the parking was good the meal in the restaurant was good and the service was fine. The price of 97.00 was the drawing factor. The parking lot was littered with beer bottles and ciggerette butts and loose papers and stuff. The hotel is under renovations but I don't think the workers drink outside. Just a review of the parking lot by the door attendents would be nice so that we a paying guests don't have to walk thru it all

Nothing, won't be staying there ever, old hotel, under rennovation, even rennovated rooms were not up to par. Water system is 200yrs old, almost burnt myself in the shower because someone else was taking a shower in the room or same floor. Couldn't separate my hotel bill because I didn't state that upon checking in, shall I go on?

Breakfast was good and the service overall was acceptable. I was in one of the older Standard rooms which had not yet been renovated. I know the hotel is upgrading their central ac system, but it was over 80 degress (f) outside and also very warm in my room. The small fan made the temperature only slightly better. Room furnishing updates are sorely needed. I thought the overall hotel value was just not there for the rates I was paying.

great Sunday buffet there was no parking spot available for us as we had a large rig (half-ton) truck that would not fit under the parking lots roof. We were given no other options for parking.

Nothing stands out The springs in the mattress were evident - the bed was lumpy and not comfortable... The room had yet to be refurbished although others in our party had a refurbished room at the same rate - so we were disappointed.
