Keurig coffee machine in the room, that was great! Bed very comfy, restaurant directly on the baseball field was impressive even though the Jays were not playing. No free wi-fi access. You have to pay $13 per day to get access. Disapointing in that regard.

Beds were great, hotel was very clean and organized. Breakfast area was really nice, really did like the modern look. The hotel room was not as clean as the hotel itself. There were two empty water bottles under the night table. We booked breakfast to be included with our room... Apparently the Renaissance didn't recognize it so in the morning we had to come downstairs with our phone to prove through email it was included.. Then the concierge allowed us to have breakfast as if she was bending over backwards and doing us a favor. It wasn't a pleasant feeling at all.

All staff were very friendly. Your f & b Manager went beyond that. He not only recommended but went above and made sure our food was exactly what we ordered. (Usually not correct elsewhere). Believe his name was Ammar.

The room was very clean, big with a king comfortable bed. In the cafeteria you have a nice view of The Blue Jays Stadium. The hotel charges $ 19,25/ day for the internet service.

Location was the only desirable factor. Lack of convenient parking Bed was uncomfortable, very "bouncy" everytime my spouse moved it woke me up. Pillows were uncomfortable. No water in the room and no director for local restuarants. I've stayed in downtown Toronto and paid far less for a more comfortable room with bette amenities, I will avoid this hotel in the future.

We asked for a small fan, in a massive hotel connected to a huge venue I can not believe they were unable to accommodate us. The room service prices were insane, we had a "beautiful" view of train tracks. We will never stay again.

Stayed in a beautifu, clean, and elegant room. The staff were extremely friendly. The gym was very large and up to date. My only disapointment was that the hot tub was luke warm and that the temperature couldn't be elevated.

Love the location as we were going to a show at the Rogers Centre; the staff were very efficient and friendly. This was a family Christmas gift; one of the rooms did not have a refrigerator...much needed with small children. The adjoining room's refrigerator did not work well. The pool was not very warm for a heated pool; the kids could go in the hot tub as it was quite cool also. I spent my hour in the hot tub only.
