For that price I would have expected something more...
I pretty well liked it all
The price of the breakfast buffet was outrageous. I make good money and I am not cheap. But over 40 bucks for coffee and some eggs and you cannot even take a coffee to go is crazy. But I would still stay here again.
Close to all attractions.
Its an older hotel that would need a reno.
Valet couldn't find my car keys, heat did not work in room.
Excellent friendly servic e
Homey. Welcoming atmosphereidn't We didn't use room service, or pay for WiFi. Nor did we use the Business Centre,
That we had to pay for WiFi That the price quoted online, was $179 but got charged $239
Upon arrival we were given an upgrade from a double to a double suite. Nice!
Double beds. Would prefer queen beds. No mirror in the living area. Would be convenient so that two people can be getting ready in the morning. Could easily install one over the desk area. No counter space in the bathroom.
The central location, convenience, restaurant and staff were great. Breakfast in the club room was awesome.
Should not have to pay for internet, which is free in most hotels. Our club room was not ready so we were given an executive suite. It was spacious but stark and not welcoming. Small things on an otherwise good stay.
location cleanliness spacious rooms
12.00 for wifi....most hotels are free wifi....disappointing
Very friendly staff at check in. Large room and bathroom. Room very clean. Room was quite comfortable as was the bed. Liked that the rooms were all non smoking. Underground parking lot was appreciated.
I forgot to advise at check in that I had CAA.When I advised at check out they refused to alter my bill to accommodate CAA rate. I thought that to be poor customer service as other hotels will do so. Pool closed too early. Noisy by the elevator which is where our room was.
Comfortable room, amicable staff, great location connected to Rogers Centre, unique view of field at restaurant, noon hour checkout
The location is excellent and the hospital staff were good and professional. The room was located far far away from the elevator, you have to turn 3 times and walk a good distance.
The design of the rooms, you part of the wall forming a triangle from the roof. The fact that wifi is very expensive is annoying.
Location Spacious room Helpful staff
Bar watched argo game!
Was great !
Think wifi should be free
This hotel is always great value for money. Clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff.
My recommendation would be to at oder free WiFi for Marriott rewards members
Parking cost not explained, washroom in room dated and needed repair. Room on a Saturday night not worth the price, though I understand why it is. Because you can
Staff very accommodating to requests.
The room, great service
everything all good
The staff in the restaurant were excellent. The greeters were very helpful with the doors and getting us loaded into the taxis.
Our room was 411 . It was stone cold all night. The girl on the desk tried to say it was the thermostat but checking with the rest of the wedding guests we learned that they were experiencing a cold room as well. It was particularly disappointing for us as we have been fighting the cold in a non winterized cottage and were looking forward to a warm cozy environment in our room at the hotel.
poor wifi connection
Concierge was wonderfully helpful in booking tours for us. Beds were exceptional. Thanks to the young man (bell hop with tidy long braided hair) who ran out to the street to get us a taxi.
The restaurant seemed to be disorganized (seating those with reservations), unhelpful and some staff were less than motivated (standing & chatting at the bar). We walked out after waiting too long for service that never came. We enjoyed a hot dog at the ball game instead.
Loved the view of the field. Outstanding experience of a lifetime. Ask for a room with a view of the baseball field...loved it!!!! Big clean rooms, friendly staff, highly recommended.
Had no idea this is the hotel that overlooks the Blue Jays diamond when I booked on line. Pleasantly surprised but would have not almost booked elsewhere.
The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location can't be beat, especially if you intend to visit the tourist attractions or catch a Jays game.
I have stayed in quite a few hotels and all have had free wi-fi. I didn't like that this hotel did not.
