The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location can't be beat, especially if you intend to visit the tourist attractions or catch a Jays game.
I have stayed in quite a few hotels and all have had free wi-fi. I didn't like that this hotel did not.
The staff was very helpful and considerate. Monika was attentive to our problems with parking and helped us choose a nice dinner location for our anniversary! Our stay was delightful. The delivery of chocolate covered strawberries was a very nice touch, as well. Thank you, Monika.
Parking was the most difficult problem we encountered, but the staff helped resolve the issue.
Service was terrible.
modern, close to attractions, staff was very friendly
the carpets should be cleaned
Really enjoyed the view from restaurant, alcohol pricing was fair, excellent finger foods.
Pricing of breakfast menu way too high! for quality of food. Signage for pool detour lacking.
great location for easy walk to acc for concert and shopping and dinner out.
Around the mattress bottom there was yellowish dry leaves or popcorn, no idea what it was, uggg. I've done housekeeping at Blue mountain and that would b a "0" and retraining.
Furniture is becoming a little dated but still very nice.
our room with a view was the train tracks, funny thou my dad worked on the rail road so it was fun for us to watch them move the train around in the am and you could hear them. Other than than it was a great location, and the resturant we stopped in for Breakfast and the service and food was great. Yes we would stay there again- this was a last minute trip and we wanted to stay in this location. easy walking to CN tower, hockey hall of fame, resturants. Use valet parking it is worth the extra $10.00 more to have them park your car.
the bed - hard as a rock, we have just normal plush matress nothing fancy, but neither one of us had a good night sleep. we were in room 455 it needsa new matress.
Location Location Location. We were in town for the Detroit Tigers three game series against the Toronto Blue Jays august 8-10 2014. So great just to walk from our room down to inside the stadium no worries on where to park or fighting the traffic. Many restrauants that are near by also.
Trying to find the hotel underground parking lot. Nothing is clearly marked to find the enterance especially with all the construction going on in the area.
The suite was wonderful
Pool area dated and not that clean
Great Staff and great location.
It always seems to take forever to get your car out of valet parking.
The view of the inside of the Rogers centre was spectacular! The room was big, comfortable and very clean.
Breakfast could have been included in the proce of the stay
A problem with computer hookup was dealt with by a technician within 5 minutes.
Location was great especially since we were visiting the CN Tower and Ripley's Aquarium! Hotel staff was great and very accommodating!! Bed was amazingly comfy, but could have been Queen size versus Double as the room was big enough to fit 2 Queens instead of 2 doubles.
Parking was a bit tricky but we managed thanks to assistance from great staff upon arrival.
I liked the short walk to the game.
Your parking sucks. Drove in circles trying to find your lot. Not very well marked. Thank goodness for one of your staff members on the phone who could direct us to it. Plus your pillows were the most uncomfortable pillows, very lumpy.
Large beautiful pool area, friendly staff, reasonable parking.
Location. Pool. Nice room.
Parking!!! Or lack there of. When asked girl at from desk about it got a condescending reply.
Being in close proximity to the Blue Jay games
only one set of elevators on one far end is the only MINOR issue
Location Overall Clean room In stadium Fridge in room Safe area
Stain on sheets Bit outdated Very overpriced Location of the pool Overpriced restaurant No complimentary breakfast
My husband and I were greeted by very friendly staff and upgraded to a bi-level suite facing the stadium. Only stayed one night, but wish it could have been longer. Beautiful accommodations and incredibly relaxing atmosphere; location in downtown Toronto didn't hurt either!
Lovely room, great food and location, staff were very friendly.
Accommodations Close to attractions we went to Cleanliness Accommodating & well informed staff
2 queen beds instead of 1 king bed
