I booked with breakfast included, (paid an additional fee, $213-$259) however, they stated that it wasn't on their computers. I booked with children and they again stated it did not show up on their computer. I would recommend calling and booking in person. I showed them my email receipt clearly stating the glitch and yet no attempts to rectify, refund or credit our account was made. Our bathtub was dripping water and our floor mat was soaked and rust was visible on the bathtub drain. Water damage was also clearly visible behind the ceramics. The jacuzzi was out of order (it was green) and no refund or credit was offered even though not all parties in our company had access to breakfast, even though it was stated on my receipt. I was highly disappointed with the customer service.
The proximity to attractions, within walking distance, was a bonus and stress reliever.
