フロントスタッフ他の方もとても親切で、娘にもとても親切にして頂いて満足しています。コインランドリーも- ２４時間使用できて清潔で使いやすかったです。部屋のキッチンも使いやすかったです。 部屋は窓を開ければ快適だったのでエアコンを切ってしまったのですが、その為トイレのタンクがものすごい水- 滴で便器の周りが水びたしで気持ち悪かったです。フロントに相談しましたが、水が冷たく部屋が暖かいとどう- しても水滴が出てしまうとのこと。雑巾かなにか、拭けるように専用のタオルでもおいておいて欲しいと思いま- した |

Again the service was excellent. The room was very clean and comfortable. The kitchenette would be wonderful for extended stays. The location is great with a 10-15 min walk to almost anywhere downtown. I really like the complimentary breakfast...best one I have experienced that is complimentary. And free internet! |

It was clean, the staff was very nice, the jacuzzi and the pool nice. The location, not very far from stores, skyline train. The breakfast at the hotel, the reservation for Air Canada, the trolley who stopped at the hotel. Our room who was quiet and the little kitchen, very appreciated. Just the fruit at the breakfast, not always fresh and the same one every day. |

comfortable bed and full kitchen suite. Didn't get the chance to try the pool and restaurant. Great location. Close to main part of downtown. Great blues bar close by. |

The Hotel staff was great and the room was large and comfortable and very clean. The people next door were very loud and smoking pot. We asked the front desk to ask them to be quiet, which they did. But I don't think they addressed the fact that they were smoking...and smoking pot. |

Some people from the staff (3 exactly) were kind of rude, but the rest of the staff was really helpful and kind, especially "Won" at front desk, he knows what customer service is all about!!! Only those 3 employees and one day the watermelon at breakfast was bad. |

Met most all expectations based on reading other reviews; breakfast buffet had alot of choices but was otherwise only fair(pastries nothing special, etc.) It was comfortable, staff was helpful, location was good for tourism purposes. |

The Cascadia Hotel in Vancouver was a little off the beaten track for the Downtown shopping area and needed us to use a lot of public transport which according to the hotels synopsis wasnt true but apart from this the hotel and the staff are good and the view from our room out over Vancouver was excellent. |

Excellent breakfast buffet. Lovely big bedroom. Swimming pool and jaccuzzi. Full kitchen facilities. Although we didn't make full use of the kitchen it was good to have the option of cooking yourself a cheap meal if you wanted. Wonderful to have a fridge so I could use real milk and store cold drinks. |

Good breakfast, though a bit too fast with clean up at 10 a.m. Nice pool and gym room and a very comfortable room. The staff was helpful whenever needed. I would stay there again. Food disappears right on the dot of 10 a.m. You could be a bit more lenient there. |
