The size of the suite, all rooms were large except the kitchen. The location was very good.

We especially booked because we wanted a swimming pool/hot tub. They were both closed on our visit. Very disappointing. The parking underground was very daunting to get in and out of.

The suite was very nice and whenever there was something that we needed the staff responded immediately. Loved the manager' s special and the breakfast was great.

The beds seemed narrow and the sofa bed uncomfortable. The french translation for the survey left on the desk was terribly done.

The room was spacious, perfect for our family of 5. The free breakfast was great. Location walking minutes from Sparks St., Rideau Canal and Confederation Park.

Hot tub was small. Parking lot closed due to renovation, but City Hall parking was just 2 blocks away and very reasonable.

We liked everything about the Residence Inn for our trip which was to partake in winterlude with our three grandchildren. It is close to everything including great dinning. It was a great 3 night stay and to have a kitchen for snacks was fantastic for popcorn and frozen quick bites. The kitchen would be great for cooking all meals but we preferred to eat out. We would definately choose to stay here again. Staff was very helpfull and friendly. Also loved the fact that the suite had two tv's as this stopped any squabbling for tv control

I did not like the parking but it should be great when the reno's are completed and the suite we were in should have had bigger beds. I believe it was advertised as queen beds but am sure they were just doubles

heating/cooling system didnt work properly; resulted in having to keep windows open all night (not preferable in early January) just to keep temperature comfortable. Room keys didnt work and had to exchange twice (only stayed for 1 night).

The location is great, rooms are clean and new, quiet. Staff is bilingual and very competent.

The room service is provided by a bistro located in the next-door hotel, and not only is it a rip-off, but also it arrives to your room in a compostable box and a bag, carried by inexperienced staff. Our meals were cold, sluggish, collapsed in a corner of the box. Breakfast is included but mainly composed of carbs and fats.

I liked the location, the comfort and size of the suite. I liked having breakfast included in the price of the suite. The breakfast is excellent and offers a large variety of food. Receptionists were very helpful and informative.

I didn't expect the suite is so comfortable and spacious for the family of 4.

The elevator going to the parking-garage is too small. I would suggest to enlarge the loading capacity to max. 10 persons. It would be much better.

Les lits à ressorts. On m'avait dit que ce serait des lits Queen et c'étaient des lits doubles. De plus, à ce prix je me serait attendue que je ne sente pas les ressorts de mon matelas alors que j'étais couchée

Une tres belle grande chambre confortable, a 2 pas du parlement , en plein centre ville. Calme et spatieux , et pas chere. Tres bon petit dejeuner au buffet
