We were pleasantly surprised! Our room was attractive, includes a small but fully equipped kitchen and a good bathroom. We were in a perfect location, near downtown and the West end of the cry, on a nice quiet street. As central as we would have wanted. It also has a fitness room and a pool! It is in the midst of a quiet rehab at the moment, but it did not affect us at all. Very enjoyable experience. We will definitely go back.

The position and service were excellent and it was very quite. We have just one suggestion, namely the toilet seats could do with a cover. Not to have them lowers the standard of the hotel which is otherwise excellent.

The best thing I think was the breakfast.. It was really, really good food and the eating area was very comfortable! The rooms were also very comfortable. No The atm machine wouldn't accept my Irish debit card which was a bit of a pain because we had to run down the road to another atm machine!

I booked last minute and the moment I arrived everything was in order for me to check in. The front desk even called our room after a few hrs to make sure everything in the room was in order and if we needed anything. Th staff was the best I have come across in a long time-Best customer service-greeted us by name and the breakfast had enough offerrings to please everyone. Closoe to Metro and shopping and dinner a few minutes walk. Would stay there again.

Very close to the metro. Having the Globe & Mail at my door in the morning. The staff. The cafeteria eggs & sausage were not all that fab. Also, they ran out of real cutlery and so had to use a plastic knife & fork.

brand new renovated room, close to subway station, good breakfast and very nice and helpful staff the doors were stiff to close without banging. needs a bit of wood shaving off the bottom I think. AC was a bit noisy but fortunately it was in the living room. It was a bit pricey after the taxes were added in.

The room was very clean and comfortable. They "upgraded" us upon arrival "just because they could", which meant staying at one of their renovated rooms... we had stayed in this hotel in the past, and the renovated room is really a step up from their other rooms, which are a bit "dungy" re: furniture and rugs. Also loved the free buffet breakfast, especially travelling with children! The only complaint I have is that I asked for a baby crib... I did promptly get a new pack-n-play, however it was delivered with a wet sheet (the staff said it had just come out of the dryer... and that they would all be just as damp)... so since we were going out to a friend's house, we took it with us and put it in the dryer there!

Very friendly staff, very clean rooms and facilities, an excellent breakfast. A little bit far from old city if you want to walk, but very close to subway station. We have spent a long week end and really enjoy it.

The breakfast that was included with the hotel reservation was excellent - great selection of healthy foods and make your own waffles!I Was travelling with an 85 year old aunt who loved the facilities - we were lucky that we received a free upgrade to a two bedroom suite. The pool was great but I was hoping that there would also be a hot tub

This is a very quiet location, downtown but not central downtown. Atwater Metro is nearby (4 mins), likewise shopping malls, multi-screen cinema and a great variety of eating places at all prices. The Montreal metro/public transport system is excellent and cheap (buy 6 tickets at the Metro station). Serious downtown with miles of malls is 10-15 mins walk. Good all round value if you want to avoid the bustle of the city centre. There are good open spaces nearby and it's less than 15 mins walk to Mount Royal,

A Proximité du métro, d'un centre commercial, d'un cinéma et d'un Mc Donald. Les équipements de la chambre, frigo, plaques vitrocéramique , four/micro-onde, lave vaisselle... Malgré le chauffage (un peu bruyant), la chambre était trop froide, heureusement que le service d'étage est rapide pour amener des couvertures supplémentaires. Certains services gratuit ne sont pas énuméré comme la livraison des courses jusque dans la chambre par exemple. La vidéo à la demande trop chère.

Das Hotel liegt in ruhiger Gegend am Fuß des Mont Royal mit einer Metrostation in unmittelbarer Nähe, sodaß man in wenigen Minuten nach Vieux Montreal oder zu anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten gelangen kann. Unsere Suite lag im 12. Stock mit herrlicher Aussicht und bot genug Platz für 4. Das inkludierte Frühstück war grandios. Die Parkgarage ist sehr niedrig, sodass wir sie mit unserem Ford Escape nur mit Mühe benützen konnten.

Le concept chambre d'hotel appart le soir detente dans le salon devant la tele ou regerder la tele dans son lit puisqu'il y a 2 teles la possiblite egalement de faire la cuisine puis que cette derniere est vraiment bien equipee et le matin faire un cafe (fourni) et le prendre au lit nous avons apprecie Le bruit fort du moteur exterieur de la clim .
