Quiet, great location, excellent breakfast. Total price quoted was "CAD 286.00 Please note: additional supplements (e.g. extra bed) are not added to this total" but there was additional tax added to this "total" amount. Also, the change area for the pool was too small. We enjoyed the breakfast except the music was very strange. |

The fact that it is located in the city centre. The staff at the reception were excellent. the lift is the worst resource that a hotel of that category can have. It is slow, narrow, and very old... So, please can you invest in a better elevator? The breakfast area is a mess... thought the staff were very poor in keeping the breakfast area up to the needs of the customers. |

The hotel was walking distance to St. Catherine's Street, the metro, and local shopping. It was nice to be able to walk on a quite side street. Very easy to find via auto. The front desk was helpful and provided prompt service and ammenities like umbrellas. The kitchen was useful and helped keep expenses down. There was no parking for tall cars. My jeep did not fit in their designated parking, which was $17 a day (too much). However outdoor parking was a block away and only $7. Also, the pool seemed clean at first, but after 5 days it was questionable how often the pool was cleaned. |

It was like a one bedroom apartment with a complete kitchen (including a dishwasher). The breakfast that was included in the price had a large and impressive variety (warm and cold items). The hotel was located a couple of blocks from the metro. Staff was friendly and helpful. There was free internet (with free printing) in the lobby. The price was amazing (95/night). |

Déjeuner copieux... Hôtel non fumeur Hôtel propre mais obsolescent, bruyant à proximité des ascenseurs, matelas peu confortable, tv à tube des années 80 qui ne s'éteignent mais pas avec la télécommande, qq. Joints de douche moisis... |

Ubicación 5-8 min a pie del metro. Cerca automercado. Excelente desayuno. Habitación espaciosa con cocina. Guardan maletas luego del check out sin costo. Baño bien servido. Prensa en la puerta todas las mañanas. Internet free. Ideal para familia de 4. Vista sobre el "mont royal". Quedamos muy contentos. El agua de la piscina estaba algo fría para mi gusto. |

Le personnel était acceuillant et discret. Ce serait idéal si le petit déjeuner est servi de 6h30 à 10h30. Le plus souvent nos rendez-vous commencent tôt le matin à 8h00 et c'est plus difficile de s'organiser avec cela. |

Nettes und hilfsbereites Personal beim Check-In. Frühstücksraum erinnert mehr an eine Jugendherberge bzw. eine Massenabfertigung. Die Tische wurden sehr unregelmässig von benutztem Geschirr befreit und gewischt. Ausserdem wurden die Lebensmittel bereits eine Viertelstunde vor dem offiziellen Frühstücksende weggeräumt. |

Le personnel était très disponible et souriant! La chambre était très propre ainsi que la piscine et le sauna. L'hôtel est à proximité du centre-ville. Bref, Très bel hôtel, je compte bien y retourner. |
