Comfortable beds Adequate beds for a family of five (and no surcharge!) full kitchen inclusive (excellent) breakfast light supper option (even though we didn't use it!)

There was some construction going on, which woke us up earlier than planned on Good Friday morning -- this was unfortunate.

The staff was very approachable and sincere, which added to a delightful stay...

The service and facilities provided by the hotel is very good.

Per day rent is bit expensive :-)

We were pleasantly surprised! Our room was attractive, includes a small but fully equipped kitchen and a good bathroom. We were in a perfect location, near downtown and the West end of the cry, on a nice quiet street. As central as we would have wanted. It also has a fitness room and a pool! It is in the midst of a quiet rehab at the moment, but it did not affect us at all. Very enjoyable experience. We will definitely go back.

The atm machine wouldn't accept my Irish debit card which was a bit of a pain because we had to run down the road to another atm machine!

brand new renovated room, close to subway station, good breakfast and very nice and helpful staff

the doors were stiff to close without banging. needs a bit of wood shaving off the bottom I think. AC was a bit noisy but fortunately it was in the living room. It was a bit pricey after the taxes were added in.

Very friendly staff, very clean rooms and facilities, an excellent breakfast. A little bit far from old city if you want to walk, but very close to subway station. We have spent a long week end and really enjoy it.

A Proximité du métro, d'un centre commercial, d'un cinéma et d'un Mc Donald. Les équipements de la chambre, frigo, plaques vitrocéramique , four/micro-onde, lave vaisselle...

Malgré le chauffage (un peu bruyant), la chambre était trop froide, heureusement que le service d'étage est rapide pour amener des couvertures supplémentaires. Certains services gratuit ne sont pas énuméré comme la livraison des courses jusque dans la chambre par exemple. La vidéo à la demande trop chère.

The breakfast that was included with the hotel reservation was excellent - great selection of healthy foods and make your own waffles!I Was travelling with an 85 year old aunt who loved the facilities - we were lucky that we received a free upgrade to a two bedroom suite.

The pool was great but I was hoping that there would also be a hot tub

The room was very clean and comfortable. They "upgraded" us upon arrival "just because they could", which meant staying at one of their renovated rooms... we had stayed in this hotel in the past, and the renovated room is really a step up from their other rooms, which are a bit "dungy" re: furniture and rugs. Also loved the free buffet breakfast, especially travelling with children!

The only complaint I have is that I asked for a baby crib... I did promptly get a new pack-n-play, however it was delivered with a wet sheet (the staff said it had just come out of the dryer... and that they would all be just as damp)... so since we were going out to a friend's house, we took it with us and put it in the dryer there!
