Riverbend Inn & Vineyard    

Beautiful inn very clean close to town.

We were kept awake by walking and bathroom from the guest directly above us. I would like to be able to request a floor before making reservations. We may try a different Inn, when we come back.

Everything was great from the staff to the surroundings. Great location , not far from town but still out in the country. Great history.. Well appointed. We just stayed overnight but would definitely consider it if we were to have a longer visit.

Our room had a great balcony overlooking Peller Estates, it was neautifulL

The restaurant was extremely expensive for the quality of food we ate. The carpaccio was mediocre and the lamb was cooked well but tasteless. As far as the room was concerned, the bed needs a new mattress and the pillow top they had on it was lumpy.

The room was large & comfortable with everything you needed. The grounds were beautiful. The food was excellent. Ideal location.

The entire inn was beautiful! The cleanliness of our room was extreme! We loved our experience! Also loved that we were provided with blankets out on the patio on Saturday night! We've been to many wineries in the Cleveland, Ohio area and have NEVER been provided with a blanket before! We both loved the idea because it was really chilly out!

The only thing we didn't care for was our room under the stairway was right near the restaurant and patio. People were loud in the restaurant, then stood outside our door talking and they were extremely loud. They could be heard clearly in our room, so we had a hard time getting to sleep.

spider webs in the bathroom,no feather filled pillows,filthy carped to the patio,breakfast not tasty,we are older persons and they gave us a room on the 3 floor,

Excellent location and attractive room.

Poor reception and not shown to our room or offered help with baggage. Insufficient bathroom amenities which were not renewed - even when requested on second day. Very long wait for dinner (1 hour). Breakfast haphazard. Internet/wi-fi only worked in dining room. Promised cable to computer, but none available for Apple machine. Filthy carpet in public areas. Clear lack of management and staff unwilling to take complaints seriously - offered $50 off next visit (unrealistic as we live in Europe), but when I said I would take it on this booking was refused.

Quiet setting. Service from teh staff at the restaurantb was superb. Room was spacious.

While peak season, I thought the pricing was still a bitt too high. No newspaper, Wi-Fi accesswas disappointing. Based on the inability to comfortably walk to the village (no sidewalk, no lights at night) I thought perhaps teh hotel might prvoide a shuttle back and forth to the village (again especially in light ofthe roomm rate albeit during peak season)

The room was spacious and very clean and offered a wonderful view overllooking the vineyard. The dinner we had at the hotel could not have been any better!

The peaceful setting

Beautiful location and building. Great views over the vineyards and the Niagara Parkway. Rooms were very well presented and the communal areas had interesting photos of previous owners and their families. The front desk staff were very helpful with information and also had good local knowledge. A very enjoyable stay!

Beautiful and serene. Nice to be outside of town, but close enough to get to the theatre in a few minutes.

le cadre est magnifique. L'hôtel est situé au milieu d'un vignoble au calme sous le soleil.

Internet ne fonctionne pas correctement. il est préférable de demander une chambre à l'étage. Etant au RDC nous pouvoins entendre nos voisins du dessus marcher comme s'ils étaient dans la chambre avec nous!

Die wunderbare Lage des Hauses und die geschmackvolle Einrichtung (mit Kamin!) des Zimmers.

Beautiful hotel, beautiful rooms. Very clean and comfortable beds with great linens. The views of the vineyard are lovely and peaceful. It was so quiet at night, we slept with the windows open. The food in the dining room was excellent. The location is great -- near all the restaurants and shopping at Niagara on the Lake. We also really enjoyed visiting Fort George. There are a lot of wineries nearby too. We also visited Niagara Falls which is just a short drive away. All in all, I would highly recommend Riverbend Inn for relaxation and for plenty of fun activities nearby.
