Great location and service was amazing
The rooms are really big but the furniture is really run down and in need of updating
Spacious with a sitting room, dinging area, and a kitchen. The hard-wood floor and a chandelier make it look nice. The kitchen has pots, bowls, plates, etc. Being in the West End and on the Robson Street, its location is good with a lot of restaurants nearby.
Some furniture is old and non-working. The bedroom has only the basic and doesn't feel cozy.
Location Sea views Large room
No electric kettle!
We liked most things about the Hotel
We did not like the noise - street noise - both traffic and late night revellers. Think the Hotel would benefit from Double Glazing. Location was great, and the staff were lovely and tried their best to make our stay comfortable.
WiFi some where to relax
Space, location, balcony views, shower, comfortable bed, decent wifi, separate bedroom.
Some furnishings and fittings a little old and worn, but nothing to complain about really.
Lots of hot water and good shower flow. Good location. Convenient parking although at a cost. Glad pets welcomed.
Scruffy. Needs updating. Window ledges dirty. Counters covered with paper or paint, couldn't tell which and sticky. Painted over wallpaper. Poor mattress. Couldn't get tv to work but not there to watch it anyway.
excellent downtown location, well equipped kitchen, great view, very good value for the money
the room was not well maintained (e.g., the heating covers were falling off)
- location - view - price - cleanliness - friendly staff
- older building could use refresh - noisy from street and adjacent suites - hard bed
We loved the big rooms and lots of windows that let in plenty of light and gave us great views to the harbour. The bed was comfortable and we slept well, even with the busy street below. It's a great location, with easy walking to the harbour and Stanley Park.
Location, size of suite, lots of restaurants close by.
Room was in need of renovation.
Good location to access the city and restaurants. Large room.
Noisy location and some mad drunken idiot outside the single glaze window singing. Must ocurr alot as earplugs were supplied. Vehicle end up with scratches on the bonnet probably from the drunken singer. The parking location is not secure. The hotel has been poorly renovated and paint is peeling off kitchenette, the shower had a cheap water saving shower head that water barely came out of.
Location to Downtown
Poor comfort Stove was in terrible shape Parking is outrageous
Good location for getting around the city points of interest. Rooms were older but very clean. The kitchenette was great.
The door to the suite was badly chipped. It was noisy at night due to the air conditioning installation in the window. Difficult to park a large vehicle.
The location is good and room size but that was about it
Old building...looks like the renovations were done with paint and a spray gun... all the surfaces , counters, tables etc. felt sticky and dirty... building needs a total, proper reno... Total bill for two nights with a very hard double bed was over $500.. will not go back!!! Beware of bathtub... round bottom! Both my partner and I nearly fell while having a shower..
It was clean and had everything I needed. Cheap stay
Bed was terrible. Ive never complained about a bed in a review before but it needed a mention! Small room but just fit everything in.
Location is excellent, enoug space in family suite with all necessities
This place needs a good renovation and maintenance. There are no curtains over window blinds so travelers who can not sleep in light find it difficult to sleep.
noise very noisy dirty shabby run down misleading website kitchen counters flaking and sticky dusty
Staff were very cooperative, esp. at check-in and check-out times.
Bath room door was not lockable. It was promised but not replaced despite reminders.
Be very cautious when booking this hotel. We booked a room before getting on the last ferry out of Victoria and then arriving close to midnight only to find a horribly small, old, noisy(AC) and worse of all bright room. They had a flood light aiming right into the window. The offered to put a blanket over it as a solution so we left and they would NOT refund our money.
location value staff is what you would expect from a $300 a night hotel. Simply Vancouvers true hidden gem.
Simple, quiet, 2-3 streets of the attractions, very good staff.
kitchen little bit dirt, bathroom old and the door don't close...
Good location on Robson St - close to shops but also 10 mins to Stanley Park. Apartment was a decent size with separate bedroom. Comfortable enough
Poor and shabby decor Toilet wouldn't flush intermittently Not good value for money One small lift
