Location is excellent, enoug space in family suite with all necessities
This place needs a good renovation and maintenance. There are no curtains over window blinds so travelers who can not sleep in light find it difficult to sleep.
Simple, quiet, 2-3 streets of the attractions, very good staff.
kitchen little bit dirt, bathroom old and the door don't close...
Good location on Robson St - close to shops but also 10 mins to Stanley Park. Apartment was a decent size with separate bedroom. Comfortable enough
Poor and shabby decor Toilet wouldn't flush intermittently Not good value for money One small lift
noise from street
The fact that wi-fi is available in the room is fantastic and the connection was stellar too. The staff were really helpful in making the guests comfortable
There is no air condition in the living room. There is no television inside the bedroom The air conditioner in the bedroom is not cold enough (too hot) The bathroom is too small Overall temperature in the room was too hot
The stuff,the location
The sound transmission from room to room,it's very noisy Small suites
Staff very friendly and helpful; location on Robson Street quite good
no value for money at all, lots of wear and tear on furniture and rooms in general; paid parking
The staff were very kind, the facilities were clean and all the stuff that need to make food were included.
The hotel is a little old, needs some paint and remodeling, the cleaning people sometimes only make their job superficially, not in deep cleaning in the baths, kitchen, floors, etc. However, they were very kind to us.
Location is good
The place was in serious need of renovation. Dates styling on the verge of dilapidated.
Love the Staff so friendly, love the space very big, amazing kitchen for healthy eating. Whole foods close by. Queen size beds great space and amazing location.
confortable bed, but not the most luxurious.
Location Size of the apartment
Warm apartment since there were only AC in the bedroom.
Noisy worn out facility. The pictures are very misleading. Air conditioner in room is next to bed if you shut it off the window behind is open and street noise is extreme. This is the only air conditioning in the suite and the rest of the suite is hot.
1) Personnel 2) Location
1) Very weak internet 2) poor facilities
facility is as simple as that in a motel eg.super8 but charge more money and no breakfast included
The staff was extremely friendly and the suite was a terrific value - excellent view and very comfortable!!!!
Sorry, but it was disappointed. All doors and furniture have scratches everywhere. That do not give you a good impression when you arrive with your family. Also we have booked for 6 people and the suite was quite small for us. We had to move all leaving room and pantry furniture to a corner to fit two extra beds. As well as we had ask for the full set of kitchen ware for 6 people because the suite was for 4 people. It was not a good experience.
Penthouse sweet balcony n view
Elevators And key card problems
The staff were friendly and very helpful. They dealt with their mistakes quite quickly.
I've been staying in hotels in all the major cities in the world over the past few years. I've also stayed in a number of high-end hotels in Vancouver over the past few years. I decided to get the penthouse suite in this room, based on the description of the room. For the amount I paid, considering other hotels I've stayed at at a similar price, I would expect: * Facilities (a pool, restaurant) * A front desk area that was pristine - not cluttered with stuff everywhere * Staff that waited on me instantly, not leaving me to sit while they figured something out between two of them on a computer * An immaculate room. The furniture in this room was dated (still from the '80s), there was places where the paint had been applied sloppily. * Extremely clean - it looked like no one had vaccumed under the sofa recently * A couple bottles of water, as is customary in every hotel I've stayed at the past year * A proper balcony. For a penthouse suite, I expect a balcony that has shade, a nice table and chair set, some recliners and more. Instead I got a big open area, no coverage, two cheap plastic chairs and a scratched up old coffee table. Finally, when I went to pick up my luggage after checking it for the day, they had lost it and it took 10 minutes to find, while I had a taxi waiting for me outside (which I had to tell to leave, and get a new taxi). Had I paid half the price I did for this room, I would have been satisfied. As it was, I felt like it was a huge scam, and I was grateful I only stayed one night. When I reserved the room, I was debating between an executive king at The Wall (a classy hotel in Vancouver), and the penthouse in this hotel. I made a big mistake in picking this hotel. I give it two thumbs down.
Location, close to Stanley Park, English Bay, view of Coal Harbour and Mountains from suite. Secure underground parking.
Clean with good location and views of city, essentially good value for money for location and number of guests staying.
Very dated decor with lots of superficial damage and chips - needs a general updating and makeover. Staff rude and unhelpful on arrival - later apologised but a poor first impression.
Walkable distance to many sites - Canada place, Stanley Park, etc. Kitchen facilities were handy; nice view from our 9th floor windows. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
WIFI connection was frequently lost, and not very fast. Only AC was window unit in bedroom, if you catch a heat wave it may be uncomfortable.
Great location. All off Vancouver downtown within walking distance. Suite style hotel comfortable for family of 4 with extended stay.
Price is too high for the quality. Hotel is old and furniture in dire need of replacement. Facility been renovated but "cosmetically" only - repainted, resurfaced.
