Nothing staff or owner has no pride of ownership
Someone broke into my truck and stole 200 in change
There were no glasses or cups in themotel and we had to ask for them. the TV wasn't plugged in nor was the fridge.. , since it wasn't plugged in it had a foul smell and had been left with the door closed. there was only 1 hanger for hanging your clothes. The bedside lamp shade had holes in it and the holder for the bulb was loose and not vertical. The bedding also had some holes in it. On the whole the the complete operation needs some TLC.
good price, manager works hard to keep things going and guests happy
facilities/kitchen supplies sketchy
Overpowering smell of Indian cuisine in the office, older owner not very polite, difficult to understand. Initially no towels in the room then they brought one of each!
only 1 bowl and 1 spoon in kitchen , poor tv reception
The cost was low and the room was clean and spacious.
The room definitely needs some upgrades, repairs done.
The low price and location near the highway is good. The young man at the information desk was good.
Okay, the price was low, but: There was old food in the refrigerator, the room smelled bad, the older gentleman at the information desk was dressed in a very dirty undershirt. Overall impression of an unhygienic place. We had paid for breakfast. It was found to consist of only one bagel nothing else.
It was what I expected for the price point decoratively, but was surprised by the quality of my sleep. Would definitely stay again if in the area. It's not the Ritz, but it was more than fine considering the price point.
nothing except the cheapest price
towels were not clean all appliances in the kitchen date back 1940 - very noisy fridge and air con bedside lamp was broken I hurt my foot of the bed on a piece of iron sticking out and staples breakfast was included in the price the man says that he will bring it at 8 a.m and he never comes all around was dirty room reeked of tobacco
It is not new but it was clean and I got a good nights sleep. I would stay here again.
The facility was not clean; the bed linen looked like it had not been replaced, there was an odour in the room...the owners need to seriously consider firing their cleaning staff if they want to remain in business!!
Friendly staff seemed to be clean very good price parking for big trucks out back.
No hot water
The son did everything he could to help us out.
When we got there the father didn't seem to know what was going on and gave us the wrong room and the wrong directions to the supermarket.
For us this was just an as-cheap-as-possible one night stop between Vancouver and Jasper. For that, the location is ok and the price is great.
Uncomfortable bed (in which we both kept rolling towards the middle), nothing really felt clean. But hey, we looked for the cheapest way to spend 1 night in order to cut a long trip in half. And as usual you get what you pay for.
Although the front desk guy didn't smile much, he is definitely very friendly. When I check out, he asked me how's the room, and how the breakfast. I like this place very much! Although it's not very fancy, but this place makes a comfortable stay!
Staff very accommodating
Shabby and may be clean but cigarette burns and stains on the carpet and bath respectively.
Cleanliness, poor bed quality, no soap, poor linens
location. bed comfortable.
the coffee machine still had prior guest used grounds in it. hence no coffee for us in the morning. toilet seat dirty.
Good place to stay for one night. As it is a very low budget motel you should know what you have to expect. Therefore everything was okay.
Price was good.
It had been written queen bed but there wasn't! It had been written breakfast is included but it was just begel!
Affordable motel for a 1 night stay.
