i like robson suites they where clean and comfort facilities had no problem about shops if needed any groceries or coffee close to stanley park and to the main centre of vancouver

the steps in hall way when you have a lot of bags a ramp would be better thats all

An apartment suite gave us more features,flexibility, and space than a hotel, yet Robson Suites, still had 24 hour reception, staff assistance and daily house keeping.

Heating a little too warm for us.

Hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. Location perfect for us and the suite was comfortable and had everything we needed. Free secure parking...great!

The staff, especially Reiko were very accommodating. Location was excellent. Within walking distance to downtown, Stanley Park and waterfront. Well supplied kitchen. Washing machine and dryer in units. Free shuttle to cruise ship terminal.

Stay less than 7 days and your room is cleaned every day. More than 7 days, room is cleaned twice a week. No king size beds available. One room had old style a/c right next to bed so you could not use as it blew straight on you.

Conveniently located near Robson St. Also provided a free shuttle bus that could take you to any downturn location. The staff were consistently excellent. We had a large suite that was well suited to traveling with little kids.

Air-con unit in our room was inadequate given the large suite. Could be an issue on hot evenings in summer when opening up the windows would be unhelpful.

The staff were fantastic, very helpful and made us feel very welcome. Had everything you needed in a self contained apartment.

Room a little to warm

Great again. Our second trip and stay here. Centrally located, convenient, close to downtown and water, parks. Clean and safe, staff were very friendly and again it was exactly what we needed. Parking also included in the rate.

Mattress could be a little better and the comforter needs replaced.

The parking Quiet, well located, access to many restaurants, and close to downtown.

Higher wattage light bulbs for reading.

The suite comes with appliances such as washing machine and dryer, very good for long term travelers. Also, there is a small kitchen in the suite where we can have food conveniently.

Too far from the sky train station and we have to take taxi. We don't like the housekeeping staff don't wash the used cups and plates, and we have to wash them ourselves.

Convenient location to enable us to walk to all of our attractions and Church. Spacious suites. Laundry facilities. Well equipped kitchen. Plenty of closet space. A room that we referred to as our "Dressing Room", where we parked our cases and clothing that we put into the dresser. The shuttle bus service, that caught our attention in booking this location. In case of rain days, however, we did not see any rain, during our stay. But made use of the shuttle bus on our departure, to drop us off at the train to the airport!

room was very warm and we couldnt get the temp controls down enough but at least we could open the door and window.

me and a couple of my friends stayed the night for new years eve and the one bedroom suite was very spacious and comfortable. It also had a patio which was nice to have. The place gives you the vibe of feeling at home as they include everything you need from a nice large fridge, cookware, and utensils. I'll definitely recommend this place to anyone for the location and price all in all. Thanks Robson Suites!

The patio glass door was a pain to open, but its the least of my concerns

Hôtel confortable, propre et bien situé.

Location was great - around the corner from a variety of terrific Asian restaurants; Safeway supermarket; bottleshop; banks; McDonalds; Starbucks; coffee houses; bike rental shops; Stanley Park and only a 10 minute stroll back up Robson street to all the boutique shops in Vancouver. Facilities of the apartment were very welcome - washing machine & dryer, kitchenette, dishwasher, iron, plates, cutlery and cooking pots & pans etc. Secure underground parking was also very convenient too.

They were doing a little work in the next door apartment and we were disturbed by some drilling and hammering at 7am on one morning. Our apartment was a little small with all our luggage and 2 growing boys (12 and 10 year old). Boys had to sleep on a sofa bed which basically took up most of the lounge room when extended so it wasn't that comfortable for all of us to sit and watch television in the evening. Didn't like that when you reserving your room on booking.com, Robson Suites would indicate that the booking was for 2 people even though 4 was requested. I know their room description indicates whether a suite can accommodate 4 but it should also reflect this when you finalise your booking.

The room was super nice. It had a useful and safe underground parking lot, close to restaurants and stores. And the staff is always willing to help. It was a wonderful place to stay immediate to downtown Vancouver, totally worth for what I paid for.

The staff were wonderful. Always very courteous and helpful. The suite was clean and comfortable. The in-city shuttle service is an excellent feature. The location works well- there are many good restaurants nearby as well as places for groceries (World Food and Safeway) and a BC Liquor Mart. We walked to downtown in about 10-15 minutes. There are also nearby bicycle rentals for cycling in Stanley Park. We would definitely stay there again.

Location, security, underground parking, free downtown shuttle, free wi-fi, full suite amenities.

We would have liked more lighting in the bedroom. Reading at night was limited to one side of the bed. Also the lighting in the room was not as bright as I would have liked.

A very small sleeping room with narrow bed, sliding door in the washroom never closed . Front desk girl could definitely be more welcoming.
