Score from 41 reviews Excellent
We stayed in the posh tents, brilliant spot in the trees with stunning sea views, especially the sunsets. Fantastic facilities, in particular the hot tub with multi coloured lights and a sunset view.
Having to leave.
Location, view, dinner at the restaurant was amazing.
Wifi constantly dropped out. I had to do some work at night and it took so long for things to load and then it would drop out.
Cabin seemed to be on tilting. Slight lean
Restaurant food quality
Location and excellent food
Chalets too close together
Beautiful setting and surroundings, accessibility to senior management, the owner was there!!!!
I didn't have binoculars to watch the morning orca show. Saw the splashing and a couple of breechings but just too far into the distance. still the hilight of the trip.
The staff were amazing! Very helpful and personable. The food was incredible and so was the service. The property was breathtaking. I look forward to returning with my family in the future.
The wifi didn't connect. The room was comfortable, the view wonderful, but it had clearly not been used in a while, as there was a lot of dust built up. I was concerned about the personal care products available in the bathroom, as most of them contained wheat (gluten) and my mother has celiac disease. She wasn't able to use any of them, and hadn't packed her own products. Fortunately, we only stayed one night. Oh, and perhaps a pipe dream, but a heated pool and hot tub would have been amazing. And it would have been a great help to have a large sign off the highway, as the street sign was quite small.
It's a 2.5 star hotel Totally over hyped and over rated Price
We were at the resort for a wedding and were impressed with the venue.....beautiful setting. The wedding buffet was very good and the room nicely set up. Location of cabin was great and the entire setting of the resort, fabulous. Staff was friendly and helpful. Thought the concept of the 'tree houses' very unique and would like to stay in one another time. Would recommend the resort to others.
Shower/toilet flooded after the second shower. Corners of the cabin contained a 'few' spiders/webs. Patio of cabin: full ash tray left from previous tennants, also bag of dog droppings left beside the patio. Beds a bit too hard but great pillows!
privacy, excellent food, friendly and caring staff, great location
The walkway to the tent house. The bathtub and staff.
Entire floor was not heated
It was very quiet and enjoyable
The room was very clean and comfortable. The meal was good.
We thought you could have a small ice box in the room to chill the beer in.
They were very kind and offered us a larger room because it was off season. It was very comfortable. Staff were very friendly.
views, the bed, amenities
the bathroom was cold in the cabin
The resort is located on a beautiful bay on the Sunshine coast. The staff were both very friendly and helpful.
The log cabins were old and beyond rustic. The lodge rooms are in need of a major facelift. The high prices in the lodge restaurant are inconsistent with both the quality of the food and tired décor of the restaurant.
Location was beautiful. Accommodations were rustic (we stayed in a cabin) but very pleasant and nicely furnished. Restaurant was great.
