“ The manager was great. She was very accommodating and very understanding. If you needed anything, she'd take care of it. She was very helpful. It was really close, within walking distance (even though my friend and I drove), to al the places I wanted to go in Duncan. Big, comfy king size bed. ”

The manager was great. She was very accommodating and very understanding. If you needed anything, she'd take care of it. She was very helpful. It was really close, within walking distance (even though my friend and I drove), to al the places I wanted to go in Duncan. Big, comfy king size bed. The only problem I ran into was that I didn't know I had to call in advance so that there would be someone there to check me in. But, other than that, everything was good. This isn't a bad thing, but for future travelers... don't depend on an American Express card. The machines they have work for cards that have three-digit security codes like Visa.

This was nothing like advertised. It was in a poor neighborhood and was poorly kept. There were spots on rugs, dust and cob webs on drapes and furniture. The linolium was coming up in places. It really was not a desirable apartment. We would NEVER recommend this place to anyone.

Karen, the manager was very helpful. The suite is spacious and would be suitable for a family. Having a kitchen made meals very convenient. Grocery stores were about a 10 minute walk away, but not close to the town center. There are places to eat close by. The bottle of wine was a nice gesture. There is wifi. What bothered me most was that it had not been recently rented and hence, not cleaned well in a while. When I turned on the ceiling fan, dead insects fell from the blades onto the table. When I lay on the sofa, my seasonal allergies were set off, and were relieved only by leaving the suite. Equally annoying is that there is no proprietor on site, and the phone numbers posted outdoors and in the booking info do not work. I had to ask another guest whom she called to get the keys etc. I was tired from biking all day on a hot day; this was not the type of reception I expected. Apparently, guests are supposed to call 30 min before arrival, but nowhere is this noted. Karen, the manager, came as soon as she could once I called her. The decor and towels are dated, and appear to have been purchased 2nd hand. The suite did not have cable.

Price changes daily depending on if they double booked your room or not. $90 / day to $42 / day back up to $90 /per day when they wanted to rent my room to someone else. Dishonest, no Integrity.

The Rosedale manor is a total dump and it smells of stale old cigarettes at least the caretajker is aware of this and was more than happy to cancel or reservation as she said we were not the first people to mention this

Offenbar sollte man 30 Min.

The only good thing about this, was it was quiet. Nothing........I Would not recommend this to anyone, there is no main lobby, had to wait 45 minutes after a phone call to have someone come and let us in. Had 3 occassions where I was told that booking.com site said to contact 1/2 hour ahead.....but no reason why. I had called booking.com and told them I was unsure of our arrival time, and was told that was not a problem. The place smelled like old cigarette smoke. There was no airconditioning at all. The ee finally arrived but then dissappeared to collect the billling info, but then she had to wait to get the info downloaded. The car was parked, but found a lot of cherries? Fruit on the ground, which was tracked into the hotel.

Facilities we needed: cooking and separate bedrooms It's a bit rundown. Staff were very friendly and helpful, but there was one weird incident where staff person entered without knocking.
