Thanks to staff for giving us a suite with a wonderful view despite having booked a regular room. An unexpected upgrade was appreciated. I didn't enjoy the $11 parking rate and the $5 wi fi charge - everything is extra!

I thought the hotel was great and the staff were very friendly and courteous. The rooms were very nice and we had a lovely view of downtown and the stadium. We will definitely stay here again the next time we travel to Vancouver. My only problem was that we received incorrect driving directions to the hotel while we were driving into Vancouver, twice. We finally stopped at a service station for a map and were able to find the hotel.

Location is good in proximity of Rogers arena We went both for drinks after the game and tried to get service for breakfast in Rosies restaraunt, After the game it took for ever to get a server to serve us, At breakfast we waited for about 10 minutes and did not get a seat and there was no one in Rosies. I have used this hotel for years and came in with my pickup truck which is over 6.6ft and they have always valeted that truck. This time they said no way and sent me looking on my own for parking. I asked for the manager and got a are you stupid attitude from him. The garbage pickup at 7:45 outside the room one floor below was also poor. I have booked one more prior to this stay but tried to move unfortunately all the other hotels are full. Bad experience in whole.

Location good walking distance to most attractions in Vancouver. Reasonably quiet. Nice restaurant. Helpful staff. Kitchen facilities ok although a bit lacking in variety of utensils. Able to eat breakfast and cook an easy meal in the room. We would stay here again.

Close to the event we were attending. Layout of room was very odd and not workable for a family very well. Borrowed a chair from the hallway for seating in living room for more than a single couch. No side tables or coffee table to set down a drink or plate. Very uncomfortable fold out bed. Small room.

Great location, Our room was musty and on the second floor, the sliding door to the deck was locked and you could not open and yet it moved back and forth. For the price ,we have stayed at Met for the same price and the quality and service is better. We are season ticket holders for the bc Lions and ther are 6 of us from Vancouver Island. The location is great, the pub is good and the size of the rooms are great.

The hotels elevators take forever! We waited over 10 minutes several times. And there was no room service as no one answered even after trying for 20+ minutes.

Love having the small kitchen in the rooms. Love the fact that friends can come right to the door to visit instead of going thru the desk, etc. Love the fact that there is a window that opens. The beds are comfy. Would like a better fitness facility.

The location is fantastic esp. If you want to go to any theatre productions or events in Rogers Arena or B.C. Place. Price is reasonable. Would like to have gone to a bar or lounge as part of the hotel esp. After coming out of an event at the arena. Rosie's restaurant was closing just before 11:00 so our group of 8 couldn't go in. So we disbanded for the evening rather than spending another hour together.

The proximity to work and downtown restaurants was convenient. Despite being downtown, outside noises did not intrude. The bed was hard and squeaky

Ease of getting from the airport to downtown. While on our way to the hotel, we were pondering which direction to take, when a considerate person helped us (it was in fact the concierge from the hotel). We liked the view from our room - overlooking that fabulous library building and towards Canada Place, water and mountains. Plenty of room and of course, the location close to everything - walking distance. Thank you (unfotunately, didn't have time for a swim in the pool)

The staff were very friendly and the service was very fast. It's a very well situated hotel and having the extra space over and above a standard hotel room was really good. Can't beat the location either.

A very comfortable downtown hotel at a reasonable price. Close to so much, really nice rooms - the suite type with separate sitting room plus two TVs - one in bedroom and one in sitting area. Small kitchen is nice for snacks. Suitable for both families and couples & excellent location near theatrre, sports, and restaurants. We will stay there again.
