It was quiet, staff were very nice. I thought it was closer to shopping on Robson but that was my mistake. Small but nice rooms. Didn't get a chance to use the pool. Parking was tough. Had to use the vallet, then felt obligated to tip since there were no spots after we returned from dinner. |

Location to everything in Vancouver. Continental breakfast, restaurant on site, separate living area to watch TV, read paper, etc. Needs updating. Beds were somewhat comfortable, but should be upgraded to some type of pillowtop. TV's were very old. Flat screen units would be nice. The continental breakfast is held in a small atrium a short walk from the hotel, but there is not enough seating space and we were forced on both mornings to take our food into the hotel and sit on a hallway bench. Breakfast is advertised as a deluxe continental. It is average at best. |

Good service, well appointed suites, cleanliness Mattress not as comfortable as it might have been - perhaps getting a little old, softish and used. The TV noise in the restaurant as we did not expect a sports bar in the hotel and all the TV's that could not be avoided no matter where you sat. |

The fact that it is an aparthotel. Rooms are spacious and comfortable with a kitchen and lounge. I took my laptop and had to pay for internet access. Whilst the internet was OK all the time, and the first session using email was fine, after that it was a complete failure and I could not obtain a solution. |

We love the proximity to BC Place stadium. Yes, we had booked a room with 2 queen beds and a fold out sofa and were put in a room with only one bed and a fold out sofa. There were no other rooms so we could not change, nor was there a reduction in price. Bed was too hard for our comfort. |

The hotel had a very convenient downtown location close to everything. The elevators were too small and too slow, especially in the mornings when housekeeping staff used them. |

Our suite was spacious. I especially liked having a kitchenette so that we could have a cold drink and a late night snack without having to go out. The pool area with the sauna and steam room is a nice touch, although the exercise machines were limited, antiquated and not all in working order. Overall, I would say the hotel is clean, well appointed and close to "must see" Vancouver and shopping. I thought the front desk staff could have been more helpful. We were confused about what was included with our reservation.(continental breakfast? Some guests were entitled, some weren'T. We never did find out whether we could have partaken, and in fact were not aware of the breakfast lounge until we were ready to check out.) I would have appreciated being asked if we were comfortable, if we needed anything. |

the rooms were great/ particularly the suite. the location. the tv in the bedroom did not work on arival nd we were told it could not be changed until the next day. the staff were distant/ formal/when you check in So,or at the very least * We welcome you to our hotel and we hope you will have a comfortable stay*or some , of iethe advantages of the hoteland surrounding area l could be explained. We booked a room with 2 beds and got a room with one bed and a flip out in the kitchen dr area. a bit more concentration at looking at the booking would have saved the effort of calling to change to a room as we had requested.. |

convenient location the hotel was great, but parking should be free for guests...or at least the whole day when leaving, not until 1pm...also, wireless was not free in the rosie restaruant...elevators were terribly slow...would i come back? yes, but hopefully some of these issues would be resolved...the hotel rooms need a modern uplift as well... |

the rooms were spacious, the beds comfortable, I like have the kitchen facilities we recommended this hotel to my sister and her husband and they are booked for Nov. we found it a bit hot at first then we decided to open the window. We would have liked individual reading lights for the beds. |
