The staff were very good. The location was right down town and close to everything.

I would absolutely not recommend you stay here on a Friday or Saturday night unless you are partying. There is an extremely loud pub across the street and the noise is disturbing until 3:00am. I was a little upset that I was put on the side closest to the pub without any thought that I might enjoy some sleep.

Friendly staff, rooms where amazing clean and well taken care of all the amenities where good. Fantastic complimentary breakfast with great variety to choice from. Good parking under hotel.

We had a lady singing at three in the morning but it was nice as she was in tune. City construction started fairly early in the am.

The staff from front desk to housekeeping were awesome. Could not say enough about the location. Ear plugs helped the noise from the party next door and the bar below. Thought that was great.

Parking was an issue and because of the bar out back it was very important that we park underground. I take of my car and had I been unable to park I would have been very unhappy. We did not stay for breakfast after seeing what was offered.

Good value for the money, clean, quiet, very comfortable bed, downtown location close to the beachfront park, helpful, efficient desk staff and ample breakfast selection

My wife said the room was too hot (I didn't tell her I turned off the air conditioner because it was on the cold side)

Good location and continental breakfast. Staff was very accommodating.

Road closure due to construction made accessing the hotel very difficult upon arrival. The view (looking at commercial air conditioning units) from the back of the hotel was terrible. Although parking was free, accessing the space was extremely tight.

Was noisy because of construction, but that is progress...the street will be beautiful when done...which is fast approaching!

Great hotel to stay at in downtown Kelowna. Walking distance to quaint shops and restaurants. Close to lake. Would stay again.

Parking is minimal and awkward.

I liked the ambiance of the hotel which was close to the lake walk and downtown. Our room was comfortable and the complimentary breakfast was very good.

The road in front of the room was being resurfaced and there was a bit of noise and it was awkward getting the luggage to the room. However, that is not a permanent problem.

The room was clean and had most amenities you would need. (Best shower head and controls in any hotel room I've ever stayed in!)

Could've used a small kettle. Rooms are on the smaller side. Of course the heat/ac is normal noisy. While we were warned about road construction and it was noisy, the worst part of noise was the neighbours in the room next to us (I asked my husband if it wrong to wish that they would fall off the balcony and die) and the bars getting out at 2:00 a.m. on Bernard Street. If staying there again, I would take the hotel's suggestion of asking for a room on the backside of the hotel.

Clean and classy rooms, excellent breakfast, (lots of fresh fruit), adjustable heat in rooms, extra touches in bathroom (large make-up mirror), and a computer in lobby downstairs, underground parking. Very obliging and helpful staff; went above and beyond and checked us in 5 hours early without question.

Construction outside . . . a minor inconvenience.

I liked the size of the room and that it was downtown. It had underground parking and bars/restaurants located all around. It also had a small gym. Staff were helpful and listened/responded if concerns.

The gym had a musty smell to it and it took till 3 pm for housekeeping to make up room without a refill on toiletries.
