Location was excellent.....just across the road from a Metro stop and shopping at Place Versailles.....the room was well furnished and beds were comfortable A complimentary Continental breakfast would have been appreciated

This is our 2nd time staying at hrv. Very near the Radisson Metro (train) station and a few stops away from downtown Montreal. Just stay in the green line, no need to change train. Very friendly staff and a great place to stay overall. We wish that breakfast would have been included in the price.

Claen rooms, but stille has the smell of smoke form the past Restaurant and hotel are seperate.If you want breakfast they charge you or ask for a coupon, which is not offered while registrated.

Accessibility to the metro station Although is clean and neat, this hotel needs a renovation sooner than later. Bathroom, towels, bed covers, they all lived a long life!

This hotel despite its distant location from the heart of Montreal, is fantastic! We were driving and we don't want to deal with the crazy and expensive parking in the city. Train station is right next to the hotel and you don't have to switch train! Staff and service are fantastic as well! Wish the break was included though although it's not that expensive anyway. We got upgraded to king suite!

Very attentive staff (solved a problem we had with the room on request immediately); breakfast can be ordered on site and can be chosen to be a hot continental breakfast at an acceptable rate; parking is no problem; metro/subway to downtown just 50 metres away; shopping mall (very clothing oriented) with a good choice of on site restaurants just 200 meters away

Price. That's it. Unpleasant / rude customer service. Made us change rooms during stay. Restaurant was awful. Only 1waitress fir restaurant, bar, room service etc... No food to be found anywhere at 8 pm. Only reason we didn't leave is we had a loved one in a hospital nearby. Cheap room, that's was the only positive..I Guess you get what you pay for. Shower didn't work. Tub at bottom all caving in (room 129) there you have it! Certainly wouldn't recommend. Perhaps only if u need a cheap room

I liked the fact that there was a nearby metro station. Otherwise it is very poor value. Dirty and very noisy and expensive for what you received. Staff unfriendly.

The best point for this hotel : it is very closed to the subway and in 15/20 minutes, you are downtown. The east area of Montréal is not so good. By foot, you can't do anything, no interest. My room needed a complet renovation, very old furniture, sanitary etc. And the price is very expensive. So it was for the Grand Prix, but the standard one is too.

That it was that close to the institut de cardiologie in Montreal. That it's very convenient to park and to go to the shopping mall if you need something Well the room could have been cleaner there were like pieces of the ceiling falling on the floor.

The Staff (at the front desk) were very helpful as far as room placement and giving directions to resturants and metro info. I thought the rooms (we had 2) were clean, although it is an older hotel, so baseboards didn't appear eazy to clean, what with paint over paint, ect. The housekeeping were very polite and did a good job cleaning the rooms. I was disappointed that they couldn't accommodate my need to sit upright to sleep, with extra pillows, especially since at the time of booking this was requested. Luckily I was able to use pillows from our second room.

the hotel and room were clean and up to date (renovated). the check-in was prompt and courteous. it was quiet, free parking. the hotel was a fair distance from the downtown core but access to metro system was conveniently across the street. the price was fair. distance to downtown.

Front of desk was quick and friendly. Needs renovation, as carpets and fixtures were old. Inadequate bedding and lighting, as well as an out of focus television that was unadjustable
