Ample free parking and adjacent to direct Metro to the centre, 15 mins. Staff very helpful. Everything to our liking.
friendly staff , clean, good location
coffee in the room was terrible bar in the hotel was not inviting sitting with all the dinners when you want just relax and have a quiet drink
The Hotel looked nice as we drove up, appealing to someone who doesn't stay in hotels too often. The staff were very polite and spoke very good English which made us feel comfortable. The room was big, clean and beds were comfortable. In the morning the breakfast was tasty and good choices and reasonably priced. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely consider this hotel if we travel to Montreal again.
Beds are comfortable
Don't go there if you don't speak French
-Metro station adjacent to hotel (Radisson stop) -only approximately 15minutes via Metro to downtown Montreal and major tourist attractions - a 3 day Metro pass which included unlimited use on the subway and bus system was only $18 each - teenage sons attended Osheaga Concert (very quick to get to Jean-Drapeau Metro stop - just one transfer - approx. 15 to 20 min. ride on the Metro) -free parking at hotel -large mall across the road -Harvey's restaurant beside hotel (good for a late night snack) -within walking distance to a Tim Horton's (located in Esso Gas Station) in the a.m for a quick breakfast -very easy access to the Hwy to travel to the hotel/and back home again!
-everything was excellent -a free continental breakfast would be all this hotel needs to make it perfect!

The location near by the metro and down town, wifi.
It was dusty and dirty, and dirty floor carpet. One small shampoo to 3 persons, and just 2 towel of each to 2 persons, when we was 3. One bed was skriming while you sit on it.One day no coffee. Online says you can book in at 3 o'clock, but when we arrived after a very long cardrive,we had to wait to after 4 o'clock, because the room was not finish cleaned. The hotels cafe/restaurant,was closed.2nd floor was very dirty. Old carpets and dust all over.
Right beside the metro station!
Noisy visitors by the pool until midnight.
Close to metro
Breakfast is very poor. Hot water of tap of bath wasn't working. After informing the front desk about this, it was not repaired nor were we informed during our two day/nights stay.
excellent customer service, breakfast was delicious.the room was very clean.
the bed sheet were clean that is A +, the rate was not bad compare to the rest of the hotel in the area, the area is great for shopping and it close to downtown. over all I really enjoy myself, my children had no problem or complain about the place or the hotel. no bad odor in the room when entering for the first time, that's is A+
the problem I have is with the representative, her attitude was poor when it comes to explaining my needs to check out early, she was rude and upset with me. and there were cigarette burns on the carpet and holes too.
Directly beside the subway station and the highway. Very clean and comfortable.
Main floor rooms were right in front of the parking lot, so we kept the blinds closed.
Easy access to highway Near shopping mall Near Metro subway
nothing. no reason for me. to like this place.
freaking hydro station keep me up whole night. toilet is backing up.
Easy access to Metro and shopping center. Clean rooms and attentive staff.
In room coffee as bad as other hotels. However, local coffee shops nearby so not a big issue.
Location not too bad
Everything seemed a little bit mediocre. No value for for the money. My room was facing power exchange station (50 meters away). The hotel design very uncomfortable. The distance from reception to the far corner probably around 100 meters. Access to some grand floor rooms from outside entrance (in reference to the reception) or through the first floor.Really strange. The pool very small and closed at 9PM. What's the point. I like to relax in the pool in the late evening.

the hotel was very clean my room had a mini refrigerator, and it adjacent to a subway stop. it's outside of the city centre, but there is parking and being so close to the Subway is very convenient. walking distance to a mall and restaurants and supermarket.
no indoor pool, but basically the place is it good value, basic and clean rooms
For the money you spend. I say it's an excellent investment for a trip to Montreal! It's not too far from the city and it is located near food, groceries etc... Free wifi and a clean and quiet place to stay!!
Very standard hotel. We stayed for 3 nights ,but did not use the gym or swimming pool. Good location_free parking and less than 100 metres from a metro station so easy to get downtown.
View from back of hotel is a very large electricity substation.
The parking just in front of our room. The beds were large, room was clean.
My daughter forgot her panda dall in the room. We called next day and they were to call us about it. Never called us back. I was willing to pay for the postage to receive the doll while I was in Canada. Even if it was just a pin, when we call back for something forgotten, I expected them to try to see how to return.
The picture on the web site looked great, location was good. the breakfast package was decent not great.
Let's start with the carpet.... I know it's a 3 star hotel but appearance does count for something. The carpet looked dingy, the wall paper has begun to peel off the wall. I have stayed in various 3 star hotel across the country. Standard is a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. If those items weren't in the room, you simply called the front desk and they would bring one over. I paid well over $200 a night. We arrived late with my family and a 3 month baby. upon realizing there was no microwave, I went to the front desk and asked for one. The guy I met told me the hotel does not have one. It simply wasn't included in the hotel amenities. (how can that be in this century?) I explained to him that I had a baby that need warm milk and her bottles sterilized. Not having a microwave was not an option, he responded by telling I should have requested for one when I booked the hotel (So the hotel does have a microwave). I spent the next 5 minutes trying to make my point; had I arrived early in the day, I would have checked out right away. He eventually caved and said I could bring the baby formula up front and he would use the only microwave in the hotel for us. The next morning, I ask to speak to manager (a different front reception) told me the manager was not available. I told my issue was urgent and I needed to speak to someone who could attend to my needs. She said “sorry, you can leave a message and the manager would call you back” unfortunately by the time the manager calls me back my stay would have been over. I explained to her why I needed to speak to the manager and I got the same response I had got the night before. My client overheard out conversation and called the hotel from his cellphone. Argued in French for about 5 to 10 mins. When he hung up, he said he would call them back in 10 mins. Within 5 mins, a microwave showed up in my room. Needless to say, my father’s day weekend off was ruined because my mood was ruined the whole time.
The subway is just beside the hotel, very convenient to downtown.
The facilities are pretty old.
the room was good and clean
the bathrooms needed TLC or updating
