The room was confortable
The fact tthat the restaurant was closed most of the time, impossible to gett something to drink after 8 pm!
the location, and the friendly staff. The place was very quiet at night.
the fact that we had to pay for local telephone calls, this is a no-no
The staff was friendly, the room was nice, the beds were comfortable, and everything was clean.
The location is perfect with a shopping mall and the metro just in front of the hotel, the staff were friendly and the room was clean and exactly as the pictures.
I would recommand upgrading the matresses with softer ones and repairing the headboard so that it doesn't make sound when you hit it, it's annoning while sleeping.
Friendly staff, very clean. Far from city center, but of course it's cheaper because of that.
Noise from the street was easily heard, would not like that for more than couple of busy days.
Breakfast not included.
breakfast was not included no much choices
Location was right beside the metro station.
Scan key had to be reprogrammed after first night.
My boyfriend got allergy after stay at this hotel.
Location far from downtown but I still consider it as great - it's some 50m from Metro station and you are in downtown in 20mins. Harvey's also very close. When you are visiting as a tourist, you don't need much - just a bed :)
Electric generating plant very close so you can hear it all night. Nothing what would distract you but if you have a soft sleep, better ask for another room. We were not bothered at all.
Ample free parking and adjacent to direct Metro to the centre, 15 mins. Staff very helpful. Everything to our liking.
friendly staff , clean, good location
coffee in the room was terrible bar in the hotel was not inviting sitting with all the dinners when you want just relax and have a quiet drink
The Hotel looked nice as we drove up, appealing to someone who doesn't stay in hotels too often. The staff were very polite and spoke very good English which made us feel comfortable. The room was big, clean and beds were comfortable. In the morning the breakfast was tasty and good choices and reasonably priced. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely consider this hotel if we travel to Montreal again.
I met there with my mom so we could visit a museum in the vieux-montréal, so the metro station right next to the hotel was wonderful. She's from Québec and was worried about driving in Montréal but it was a lot easier to get there than she would have thought. The staff was friendly, always ready to help. As other have mentionned, the breakfast staff is not smiling so much but they are very polite, efficient and nice. Breakfast is good, pretty much the same quality as most hotels. The wifi was really fast but we had to reenter the password if we didn't use our device (ipad, ipod touch or computer) for a while. The room was big! Lots of place. The bed was comfy and was cleary a king size instead of the queen advertised (for the same price obviously). Big parking, it wasn't a problem at all to have two cars left there. Rigtn next to the hotel. One last thing, the soap smelled SO good, haha!!
A bit pricey, but it's Montréal! Is is worth it in my opinion. As someone else says, the shower water pressure is anemic.
Free parking. Close to Metro.
Noise outside (in night)
Location was great
Did not like the fact that the terrace at the pool area was open all night. Having a room pool side was very loud all night and we did not sleep very well. When we called the front desk we were told that there was no policy and that this could go on all night. We were not very impressed.
Beds are comfortable
Don't go there if you don't speak French
-Metro station adjacent to hotel (Radisson stop) -only approximately 15minutes via Metro to downtown Montreal and major tourist attractions - a 3 day Metro pass which included unlimited use on the subway and bus system was only $18 each - teenage sons attended Osheaga Concert (very quick to get to Jean-Drapeau Metro stop - just one transfer - approx. 15 to 20 min. ride on the Metro) -free parking at hotel -large mall across the road -Harvey's restaurant beside hotel (good for a late night snack) -within walking distance to a Tim Horton's (located in Esso Gas Station) in the a.m for a quick breakfast -very easy access to the Hwy to travel to the hotel/and back home again!
-everything was excellent -a free continental breakfast would be all this hotel needs to make it perfect!

The location near by the metro and down town, wifi.
It was dusty and dirty, and dirty floor carpet. One small shampoo to 3 persons, and just 2 towel of each to 2 persons, when we was 3. One bed was skriming while you sit on it.One day no coffee. Online says you can book in at 3 o'clock, but when we arrived after a very long cardrive,we had to wait to after 4 o'clock, because the room was not finish cleaned. The hotels cafe/restaurant,was closed.2nd floor was very dirty. Old carpets and dust all over.
Right beside the metro station!
Noisy visitors by the pool until midnight.
