my son liked the pool even thoigh it was on the small side. the view of the falls was a bit dissapointing, the site gives you the impression it overlooks the falls, it is actuallly behind other hotels and the view is a side glimpse not overlooking. I probably would have chosen an alternative if I had realised. The parking is a rip off as there wasn't enough spaces to accomodate the hotel requirement. |

Staff friendly and helpful Bathroom had long hairs in tub, dead fleas between shower curtain and liner, mold in shower surround grout. When parking lot is full, your car is taken to another lot not assessible to quests. |

Staff was really friendly and made great recommendations as to what we should do during the evening. Room's were clean and nice although they said we were getting 2 queen beds and we ended up with 2 double beds. The sleep number beds were surprisingly uncomfortable considering my friend loved them. I couldn't fall asleep on it and had the worst sleep ever. I was tossing and turning the entire night and ended with severe back and chest pain and am now taking Robax for the pain until my massage on the weekend. |

Hieno hotelli hyvällä paikalla, huoneista hyvät näkymät. Ainoa miinus tuli siitä, että huonevarauksessa oli jotain sekaannusta ja "fallsview" huone vaihtui "cityview" huoneeksi, hotelli tarjosi kuitenkin tästä kelpo hyvityksen. Ehdottomasti suosittelen!!! |

Dat het zo dicht bij de Falls ligt en tegelijkertijd dicht bij restaurants. En gelukkig op een behoorlijke afstand van Clifton district dat ons niet aansprak. Dat je 20 CAD per dag moet betalen voor het parkeren en dat dan als je aankomt de parkeerplaats vol is. Met parking valet service op zich prima opgelost, maar het is prettiger als je zelf op elk moment in je eigen auto kunt. |

La ubicación y las vistas de las cataratas desde la habitación. La habitación era muy amplia. No incluia desayuno y el que ofrecía el bar del hotel era bastante limitado en variedad. No habia bolleria y la fruta era muy mala. |

La habitación era enorme, el baño tenía bañera de hidromasaje, desde nuestra ventana veíamos perfectamente las catarátas, ... El desayuno fue bastante pobre. Era un desayuno americano (salchichas, huevos, bacon, etc) pero no había nada más. Si querías algo, tenías que preguntarle al camarero si lo tenía (tampoco te daban un menú donde elegir) y el café era aguachirri. |
