The drain of the bath was draning

Location: Close to metro. Close to several retuarants and shopping facilties. Out of town so easy to access by road & car. Secure car park. good size rooms and emsuite.

We stayed on the forth floor and corridors had very heavy sickening smell of tobacco smoking. Receptionist advised some guests smoked in their rooms and the smell was dificult to control. By the next day the smell had been cleared away. We stayed for 4 days and with regard to reusing bedding and towels followed best practices. However room service never once refeshed the bathroom toiletries. Breakfast buffet is operated by vouchers, purchased extra to the room cost, and the resturant appears to be a separate business to the hotel. The resturant furniture is shabby and greasy. We never observed any table tops being cleaned. Resturant try to be helpful, but the buffet is meager and unappealing. Almost soup kitchen standards defintely not a 4 star hotel. This is barely 2 star standards. Hotel front desk staff are robotic and functional this hotel should try to improve customer appreciation and service standards.

Here are a few important things that we appreciate at this hotel: - location: close to the Namur Metro station and plenty of stores or food outlets around - FREE parking - FREE WiFi with strong signal and fast speed - quiet, clean and spacious room; large bath; coffee maker available and coffee was replenished all the time - staff friendly and very understanding - nice Gym with all what you need - nice pool outside

Maybe a little bit overpriced, but keep in mind the Internet and parking are free. Breakfast is not included in price. The hotel’s buffet is kind of boring.

Fitness center well furnished, good bar/lounge, nice outside pool, different elevators, parking free and easy to access or to leave anytime even for your visitors, huge hall and many places to receive visitors in the lobby or even on the floors, housekeepers work very professionally and all employees are bilingual

A bit expensive, it s not really a luxury hotel but the price is. The room could be bigger, especially for a family suite

An excellent place to stay for business. Nice pool, great breakfast. It is central to everything I needed either driving or on the metro. Everyone was friendly and the rooms were quiet.

Modern rooms, very clean walking distance from shopping and 5-10 min drive from eaton centre.

On a aimé la propreté et la chambre trés spacieuse et luxieuse.Le calme et le design de l'hotel.La proximité des bons restaurants (on recommande Baton Rouge) pour les ribs excellents et le (Thai grill déco trés sympa) également proche d'une superette.

Par contre le ruby affiche un breakfast buffet sur son comptoir: C'est une grosse arnaque :pas de muesli ni muffins, pas de choix pour le pain, pour les yaourts,pas de jus d'orange naturel.Ça n'est pas digne d'un hotel de ce standing même les motels on plus de choix

Le service est impecable t le personnelaimable, l"accueil est parfait compare a d'autre hotel que nous payons plus et le personnel est sans respect j compare a l'hotel gouverneur

Estivemos no hotel comemorando 22 anos de casado. O quarto é maravilhoso, muito confortável. Sabendo da nossa comemoração especial o hotel nos ofereceu uma cortesia de espumante e chocolates que foi uma agradável surpresa.

Bed very comfortable

Buffet breakfast was OK, but not spectacular

L'accueil était vraiment cordial. Toutes les personnes avec qui j'ai eu à communiquer le faisait dans un français impeccable. Bravo! La propreté de la chambre, le confort des lieux et la température étaient selon mes attentes et mes besoins. La situation de l'hôtel, pour mes besoins, était extraordinaire. Malheureusement, je n'ai pas eu l'occasion de prendre un repas à l'hôtel. Donc pas de commentaire pour le moment; peut-être une prochaine fois. La proximité du stationnement et le fait que celui-ci soit gratuit démontre une attention spéciale aux clients. Bravo!

Pourquoi à Hotel Ruby Foo's n'est-il pas possible de régler la note avec une carte débit? S'il y a un point négatif, c'est bien celui-là.

The decor was great, the staff were amazing, and it was close to the Metro station.

The bathrooms need work, there is no real "spa" on sight (definitely no hot tub even though they say there is...its really a single person jet bath tub in the gym) and its not really near any good restaurants.
