Staff was helpful and courteous. Facilities were clean for the most part and well maintained. While we were there, there were many youth sports teams staying in the hotel and they were quite loud and rambunctious at times. Not the hotel's fault, just made our stay a little less enjoyable. |

We liked the fact that you could not hear the people in the room next to you it was very quiet compared to some places we have stayed. We also made great use of the bus shuttle service that was provided this was a great benefit to us. The long pool hours were good We felt that the pool area could have been cleaner. The pool, hot tub and sauna were not very well maintained. |

1- They did not have the continental breakfast as advertised. 2- water came up out of the floor drain in front of the sink when the shower was used. 3-the jacuzzi tub had large yellow stains around the tub and looked dirty. 4-the elevators were very slow. 5-it was very noisy all night long with people using the stairs instead of the elevator because we were right beside the stairway. etc.......... |

Very clean rooms, hotel staff is polite, good pool & whirpool, especially for children. Sofa is actually sofa-bed, so you can use it for children. Some non-smoking rooms were smelling like "smoking", some rooms have fridge, some not, if you need it ask about such things before. Poor breakfast: serials, toasts, coffe, juice. |
