Super 8 Hotel  

The staff was extremely friendly and the price was very good for a tourist area.

We stayed in one of the Suites. The room was extra large with lots of space. The jacuzzi was heart shaped and fit two people perfectly. The beds were very comfortable. The hotel is an excellent price for the room we stayed in and is only a short walk to all the attractions. The pool and hot tub were great.

The downside to this room is that the shower stall-and I use the word stall purposely, is that you can barely fit one person in it nevermind two. The fan comes on when you turn the light on in the bathroom and is very loud. It makes it noisy for when you are going to the bathroom in the middle of the night. Also the TV is not big enough for the size of the room as it is located on the other wall away from the bed. We pulled it away from the wall closer to the bed to be able to see it better. Also there is limited choice of channels to watch.

The staff were friendly. Lovely pool. Nice big room.

There seemed to be confusion about our booking. Everyday we were there they seemed to not know about our stay. Only thing I didn't like was the pillows. They were too soft and fluffy. Also the 2nd night we were there we had trouble with the people above us and a leaking Spa. What a mess. Expected to be compensated for something.

washroom stand up shower was a little smelly!! and the room smell wasn't the most pleasant.

I mis booked & the gentleman at the desk was very accomodating & very quick. All the employees were very friendly. The $5. discount per person for the breakfast buffet at the Golden Griddle was a nice touch as well. We had a great time. Very relaxing.

Walls are thin, especially if there's a jacuzzi in the next room, at 1 A.M. Other than that, all was good.

Kithcen area in lobby was good

For the price, I couldn't really fault them in anyway. The room was clean and comfortable as well as the bathroom. I stayed in a newer Super 8 in Saskatoon but I also paid much more than what I paid in Niagara Falls. My daughter and her boyfriend were also in Niagara Falls at the same time and had left their hotel due to some issues with cleanliness and I told them to came and stay at the Super 8, which they did. The price that they were charged was a better price than what we paid on Booking.com so I was quite pleased that my daughter got a good deal. I did book a Junior Suite but all that was was a room with two queen beds.

I did not like the fact that you had to pay for internet and I thought $18.07 to rent a movie was expensive but we did it anyway. A continental breakfast would have been nice but they did offer a coupon for breakfast at the restaurant next door which wasn't free but it certainly helped to bring the cost of the breakfast down.

I liked the location and the price

Staff were great. Golden Griddle next door was a big bonus. Our location in Niagara Falls was super for shopping and sight seeing of the falls.

Please put the lights and the fan in the bathrooms on seperate switches. The noise is deafing and you cant even hear yourself think, let alone try to carry on a conversation with someone in the room while your doing your makeup or hair. Couldn't wait to get out of there each morning.

The room was nice and big

Someone else entered our room as the front desk double booked the same room to different couples. That was scary

Plenty of things to do with kids(pool, games room) and walking distance to anything on the strip of the Falls.

Check-in time, almost felt pointless to stay in a hotel with the amount of time we had checking in, to checking out.
