Super 8 Hotel  

Clean. Not too far from the Falls (15 minute walk). Good breakfast value at the restaurant, with the $5.00 discount card.

Service was pretty good. A few errors, but corrected in timely manner. "Junior Suite" means a small table with 2 chairs.

Frank at the desk was very friendly, helpful, and went out of his way to make us as happy as he could. He gave us directions to places on numerous occasions and was a great help! He was the nicest and most helpful of all the front desk employees we met. The swimming pools were refreshing after our hot walk to and from the Falls, for the day.

We booked and paid for 2 rooms with jacuzzi/whirlpool tubs in them. That's what the advertisement on booking.com said!! When we arrived at the hotel, we got 2 little rooms, with no jacuzzi/whirlpool tubs. That was the main reason we booked there! We were able to pay an additional $20 plus taxes/per room, to get the rooms we originally booked!! That was upseting, but our families had their hearts set on rooms with jacuzzis in them! The curtains were hanging off our window as curtain hooks were missing from the track. Our mini fridge was the size of a 2 ft cube, and the other room we booked it was twice the size. Our bathroom area had a pocket door which had a broken lock on it! We were promised satallite t.v. and we had a t.v. with 6 stations? Other than that, we had a good time at the Falls!!

Was actually impressed with how spacious and clean the room was. Definitely good value for the cost.

It was comfortable and close to all amenities.

washroom stand up shower was a little smelly!! and the room smell wasn't the most pleasant.

I mis booked & the gentleman at the desk was very accomodating & very quick. All the employees were very friendly. The $5. discount per person for the breakfast buffet at the Golden Griddle was a nice touch as well. We had a great time. Very relaxing.

Walls are thin, especially if there's a jacuzzi in the next room, at 1 A.M. Other than that, all was good.

I guess that would be the price, its a pretty good deal but you get what you paid for. We stayed in the whirlpool room and the whirlpool was quite big, very fun.

We stayed in the whirlpool room with the fireplace and it was quite dated and the ceiling was falling off in some places and the fireplace couldn't be adjust and just stayed at the pilot for the whole time.

Friendly stuff, nice jacizzi pretty clean, great size rooms and pretty good price. Location is fine takes a bit waliking to the main atractions but it is alright.Nice bathrooms

For the price, I couldn't really fault them in anyway. The room was clean and comfortable as well as the bathroom. I stayed in a newer Super 8 in Saskatoon but I also paid much more than what I paid in Niagara Falls. My daughter and her boyfriend were also in Niagara Falls at the same time and had left their hotel due to some issues with cleanliness and I told them to came and stay at the Super 8, which they did. The price that they were charged was a better price than what we paid on Booking.com so I was quite pleased that my daughter got a good deal. I did book a Junior Suite but all that was was a room with two queen beds.

I did not like the fact that you had to pay for internet and I thought $18.07 to rent a movie was expensive but we did it anyway. A continental breakfast would have been nice but they did offer a coupon for breakfast at the restaurant next door which wasn't free but it certainly helped to bring the cost of the breakfast down.

The room was clean, the gentleman working the desk in the am was wonderful...took pics of us as it was our wedding day. Very helpful and upbeat.

The woman checking us in was rude and short....our room was 20 over the quoted price....and I did not bring the paper with me to show her....she was like take it or leave it.

Upon arrival the member of staff at the desk told us that there was no reservation in the motel's computer system. After showing my confirmation email I got the room for the price quoted in the email. The staff apologised for the inconvenience.

The bed sheets were stained, also the pillowcases. After reportin this to the front desk the sheets were not changed the next day. The towels also showed big stains (2 inches of makeup and black stains). After reportin to the desk again, the sheets were changed an we got 'fresh' towels the next day. Two of these were again stained in a manner that the stains were impossible not to be seen by housekeeping.after complainig to the desk once again the manager told my that the black stains were from 'a belt in the washing machine'. I don't care!! I expect clean towels with absolutely not any stain. If the washing machin is faulty then repair it or throw away the towels. That ia absolutely not the guests problem
