Sheraton on the Falls  

Very nice room with an excellent view

Lots of renovations going on with many very strong smells.

I liked the indoor and outdoor pool, valet parking and kind staff. The fr restaurant was a great value and great food for a family No complaints with the restaurant at all!!

The elevators are very slow and inconvientient.

The place was clean. I loved the view from our room. The view of the falls was beautiful.

I didn't like how the price was double the amount then any other day because it was long weekend, I wasn't able to get a late check out

We liked the location, the view of the Falls,

the $200 upgrade into a room with no heat, broken TV, fireplace heater didn't work and the fact that the upgrade had stairs which I didn't fully understand when the desk asst siad it was multi level...Also when asked to change the room back, the asst mgr Benson, said they culd have sold the room to someone else so now it was our fault they lost that sale and the other room available was a side view room. Also after complaining about no heat, the Manager offered us a Starbucks coffee although upon check out the desk asst reduced the bill by $140.

Complete lack of organization,. Couldn't find my reservation, had to have bookings dot com call them left rollaway bed in the room and no bath towels. I want a hotel room, not a project......

King size Falls view room was rather small. Was expecting more room to be able to relax and have friends visit in our room. Not enough seating. For the extra money spent I was expecting a larger room.

Staff perfectly professional and friendly, clean, location of course and value for money.

Only sometimes, a little too long waiting for the elevators specially if you are located in the executive floors, above the 12th.

The rooms were so hot and could not get the air to work. The hotel was unable to accommodate as all the fans they had were in use

The restaraunt had great food and the view was very good while enjoying a meal.

Not much that I liked about my stay.

I didn't like the fact that the T.v was all static and fuzzy. My boyfriend and I rented a movie and felt we didn't get our monies worth due to the fact it was really fuzzy. The staff could be more friendly. We had a rund around with a few staff members while trying to rent a movie. Very unorganized.

I didn’t like anything of our experience with Sheraton, and was suppose to be our romantic relaxation weekend a way. the fact that that check in says 3pm, we get there and they said no its 4pm. Sheraton and Booking.com were lying to people then, because both websites said 3pm and not only that because they over booked the rooms weren’t ready, we got our room close to 6pm. Paying over $200 for a room per night?? That is pathetic. The list goes on and on. Starting from the elevators you wait for over 15 mins then we get it and it’s full. The fire alarm went off 2 times in 1 night for no reason. The rooms oh my god, we could hear evryyyything next door juts like they were sharing the room with us. The real NIGHTMARE was the parking, good luck finding a spot if you get self parking for $19, you will be parking 2 buildings a way, as they DO NOT HAVE their own, so better paying $30 for someone to parked for you. We didn’t know that we had to park 2 buildings away, and when we couldn’t we went back made them park it, while we lost about 20mins, of the massage treatment that we had at CHRISTINNE SPA at the Sheraton, paid about $350 for HALF time of the treatment that we were suppose to have because we got late checking in and trying to park, so CHRISTINNE SPA took advantage of that, “saying we are fully booked you will be losing some of your time”, which we were last couple there and it was a Sunday, and the fact that both therapist DID NOT stop chatting during our massage, it was the WORSE massage experience I had and for that amount of $$$?? NEVER AGAIN we rather camp somewhere than staying at Sheraton again

Exellent view on fall and location.

Location was perfect to experience the Falls in all its beauty and in all its kitsch. It still is a city that is a little tawdry. Great place to bring kids with all the attractions nearby.

Checking in - the parking fiasco is a mess and dangerous. I would not want to be trying to get kids out of a vehicle with all their stuff and trying to manuver around all the cars. The temporary parking is too small. The line up at around 4 pm was slow. We were probably about 20th in line. That was unexpected. Staff was good about it all. I think the valet parking is too expensive. We tipped $5 when dropping off and picking up and it was a $30 charge on our bill. We would have parked our own vehicle if the line up hadn't been so slow and we had to get to the Take It to The Heart Event at 6.
