I think the star Chef and managers do not treat their hostess nicely or the hostess has an attitude problem. We left that place for her rudeness, spoke with Guest Services Manager 'Mitchell', he was a very nice gentleman, he asked few times to compensate. We turned down any offer because bad experience can not be compensated with money. I requested him to give that hostess a refresher training of guest services.
The hostess was rude, and disrespectful and unprofessional. She neglected us for some time, when one server tried to tell her that we are waiting, she told her something and kept ignoring. When she came back, she was angry on something. We started conversation by saying that we were waiting, she replied that she never left her desk more than 1 min. The way she replied was very very very rude, that too in front of other guests. Wow!
We still decided to proceed inside with her, she was leading us, suddenly turned around and said that all window tables are reserved and I have to sit in the booth. ( I never asked her any windo table, at 7.06 PM only three tables were occupied)
That was the point I lost, I humbly told her that we would not like to dine here anymore as she is behaving very rudely.
Went to The Rainbow Room, there every thing was just perfect. Great food, great associates.
