部屋の掃除の方等も含め、対応が丁寧で良かったです。5階の滞在で、アメリカ滝のみ見える部屋だった。どの- ランク以上の部屋を取れば二つとも滝が見えるのか、明示してくれるとありがたいと思いました。 インターネットは、何とか無料で使えるようにしてほしい。 |

部屋は広く、過ごすのには快適でした。 夜遅くの到着を伝えておいたの、午後１１時頃到着した時部屋の準備がされていなかった。さらに「few minutes 待ってください」と言われたのに、２０分以上待っても何も指示がありませんでした。出発時は、タクシーをｺ- ﾝｼｪﾙｼﾞｪが電話で呼んでくれたのですが、どのタクシーに乗ってよいのか、案内がなくわからず迷ってし- まいました。（私たちは、カナダ側からアメリカに国境越えをする長距離の客なのでタクシーのドライバーに狙- われていました。）滝の見える部屋を指定したのに５階だったので、アメリカ滝は良くみえましたが、カナダ滝- は少ししか見えなかった。以前泊まったときはどちらもすばらしく見える部屋でした。 |

駐車場に関する情報を詳細に知らせてほしい．カシノ（多分）の立体駐車場に止めた後，荷物を持たずにチェッ- クインし，それからバレーパーキングにするために立体駐車場に戻る必要があったので，時間がかかってしまっ- た．デンバーからミネアポリス経由でトロントに到着し，それからレンタカーでナイアガラフォールズに到着し- たが，飛行機の落雷による機体損傷など，複数の航空会社側のトラブルにより８時間遅れたため，着いたのは午- 前０時を過ぎていた．アメリカと比較してカナダの道路標識は，かなり不親切に感じた． |

The view Yes didnt like the jacuzzi at first it didnt want to work and then we couldnt get it to turn off...for a luxury hotel it was a very low grade jacuzzi suite |

The situation, the amenities, the food and the services were good. This hotel was noisy. I could conversations from all the adjoining rooms. The sound proofing was so awful I could hear every flush and bathroom singing. |

My husband and I like to visit Niagara Falls at least once a year. We like the fact that the Sheraton is so central to all the things we like to do. We were also pleasantly surprised when our room was unexpectedly upgraded. |

The room was beautiful, with a side view of the falls A nice rooftop bar for adults with a view of the falls would be a big plus. Could only find a buffet for families. |

The room was very nice. The location is great for many attractions. It was very hard to have access to the stairs. We were on the 3 rd floor and we always had to take the elevators, mind you we never had to wait long for one. |

The view from our Fallsview room was superb. Staff were nice and rooms were always clean with plenty of towels etc. There was a bit of confusion around billing. We prefer to pay for meals etc. as we go and hotel policy made this difficult. Also when we got the bill there was no 'total' listed on it. So my main request would be for more transparency around billing |

I stayed one night in this hotel and it present a problem with fire alarm. I and my family had to wake-up during the night and stayed for two hours in the Hall, after this the fireman went out and solved the alarm problems. We didn't sleep. I'd like a compensation. |

Great hotel! Right in the heart of Niagara Falls. Connected to Casino Niagara. At the bottom of Clifton Hill where all the excitement is. A two minute walk from the maid of the mist. As for the room. Amazing views and the beds are probably the best I've ever slept in a hotel before. Overall experience was great. Highly recommend it. |

The view from our room was to die for. Fantastic. Information concerning the use of Computers was a bit sketchy.I eventually found the ones in the Lobby, had to ask the conciege how it operated. |

The room was as it was advertised.....deluxe. The outside door opening on to the falls was unexpected and wonderful, we kept it slightly opened, to sleep to he sound of the falls |

Ordered room with a cityview get it with a junk yard & nothing else. Room is not like high end hotel room, but is good as a closet in motel. Toilet did not work.very bad expirience. |
