Pris og kvalitet i restauranten passede ikke sammen. For dyrt.

Fantastisk beliggenhed laekkert hotel, super personale. Ville vælge det igen. Min mand blev meget syg under opholdet og vi blev behandlet super. Bedre rum til lAvere pris internet opkobling parkering mm men i sidste øjeblik en oplevelse af at de tog ejerskab ... "they carex"

The view was amazing. The room was exactly as the website showed. We loved the room

We could not believe that we had to pay an extra $20 to park our car at the hotel when we were already paying $200 for the room. That would make us think twice before choosing to stay there. My husband was quite put off about that.

Comfortable rooms, nice jacuzzi. Good view of the falls.

View from the window was excellent. We stayed at luxury room with whirpool bath and it was very nice. The bed was fantastic.

We would wish a variety of food at breakfest.

The view is remarquable , the room are clean ans of good standard for this hotel class

The service is very poor especialy on the restaurant for the included breakfast , there is a army of personnel but the coffe is cold , the buffet is poor for this hotel class and everiting else is to be paid , there is no toast for example , We think of a kind attention when we saw mineral water bottle in the room , but in reading more , the small bottle is at 8$. In conclusion everything is made to have cash and we dont know is the service value is included in the personnel training

Cost of parking expensive. Breakfast was OK but there could have been more choice

Comfortable beds. Clean rooms. Lovely view of Niagara Falls from our 9th floor Fallsview room.

Small bottles of water in hotel bedrooms were charged at CAN $ 8.75 each! With few places open to buy water when we arrived in the evening, I felt this was an unacceptable way of making profit on one of life's essentials.

Breakfast was good. There was so much variety for the breakfast.

Parking was expensive - wish if this was included in the hotel room. Dinner was a bit pricy .

The friendliness of the staff - wonderful location....Extremely clean and well kept `

We did not like the "hidden costs." We did not know the parking was $20.00 per day - all the different taxes we were not aware of when we booked - We appreciated having the breakfast coupons but they must keep the food warmer for the customers. We enjoyed the day tour..again we were not aware of the cost. Thank you. Don and June Tragesser.

Quiet comfortable room

Buffet breakfast was not hot enough.

Location; the facilities and view from the room; breakfast was included in the price; staff were very friendly and helpful.

Having to pay over 8$ for a bottle of water in the room. It was not immediately clear that I would be charged for this. Had I realized earlier the bottles would have remained untouched.
