Fantastisk beliggenhed laekkert hotel, super personale. Ville vælge det igen. Min mand blev meget syg under opholdet og vi blev behandlet super. Bedre rum til lAvere pris internet opkobling parkering mm men i sidste øjeblik en oplevelse af at de tog ejerskab ... "they carex" Mindre klor i poolen. |

It's close to all the tourist attractions we wanted to visit. The hotel is clean and has great service. Young children stay free if using existing beddings, and also have free breakfast buffet. |

The hotel was conveniently located, breakfast buffet was included in our visit, hotel staff was very helpful in storing and retrieving our bicycles. Parking space was at a premium additional cost and not convenient! |

The room view was good. The pool was very dirty. There was a parking fee of $20.00/day and there was a fee for internet access at their business center as well. |

Room was clean and did not not have any smell and the staff were friendly 2 out of 4 elevator were out of service. The pool was too small and too much chlorine. Buffet breakfast was a little dissapointing. Food was cold fruits did not look fresh and I was expecting eggs or omellete cooked to my preference |

It was clean and comfortable. Employees at customer service desk were friendly and extremely helpful. The room only has lamps and no ceilngs lights near the bed area so the room is quite dim. Also, we did not get to enjoy our complementary breakfast because it is only until 11, 12 or later would be better because checkout is at 12 and if you don't wake up earlier, you have little time to enjoy your breakfast. A lot of young couples stay out late and are unable to get up earlier, a complementary lunch rather than breakfast may be more ideal for me. |

I liked the location of the Hotel. Close to the falls. With our booking we had breakfast included. The food was excellent, the restaurant was very clean, great staff, and great view. It appears that the hotel is the type that caters to Business travelers on conferences so I was surprised that there is an extra charge for Internet. Also I was very surprised that there was a $20.00 for parking. Most guests are driving in from out of town so of course they need somewhere to park. Last year me and my husband stayed at the White Oaks Resort and Spa (Niagara on the Lake) and parking was free, got a room upgrade , bottle of wine upon arrival for our anniversary. At t he Sheraton we got a voucher for a free bottle of wine only if we had dinner at the restaurant. |

Beds were comfortable, room clean and well-appointed with falls view as advertised. The included breakfast was ok. We waited over 10 minutes for an elevator on two occasions in our one night stay. Also, given the room rate, charging separately for the internet connection seemed silly and usurious. WiFi was included in the rate of a much cheaper accommodation on the second night of our Ontario trip. Including it in your rate would give your clients a sense of hospitality on your part rather than adding as many extra fees as possible, without adding to your overhead. After all, clients' use of the internet doesn't add to your costs. I'll be avoiding Sheraton Niagara in the future, just as I have also blackballed other upper end hotels with the same WiFi policy. |

ke some other hotels where u can get full view of both american and horseshoe falls i needed a converter at 11:00pm usually it is provided complimentary in all 4 and 5 starts hotels provided u give it back.. so they told me i had to get out of the bed and go down to the lobby and buy it for $15 .. they didnt have any one to get it to the room.. the staff who i talked to was any thing but polite .. |

staff room view complimentary breakfast parking costs 20 dollars but the parking area is completely open to anyone. we paid but in fact you can enter and leave without any receipt. besides, there is no guards at the parking lot |

Everything was perfect, from our 11th floor king whirlpool room with the great view of the falls, to the large comfortable bed, beautiful room, cleanliness of room and hotel, free huge buffet breakfast, free parking since we had a disabled plate/card, and nice and helpful hotel staff. The check-in desk even printed out directions from mapquest to Casa Loma, a beautiful castle in Toronto and gave us a complimentary bottle of champaigne with our dinner at the hotel for our 25th wedding anniversary. We also renewed our wedding vows at the Little Chapel on the hill which was truely special. If possible, it would be great if they could come up with a list of times that the major attractions open and how to get to them. We didn't know that the falls railway cars that bring you up and down the hill only ran from 10am to 8pm, so we did a lot of extra walking. That of course was not the hotel's fault, but a list of times things open and close would be really helpful. |

It was an excellent value for money stay. Our view from the 26th floor over both falls has been awsome. The whole front is glassed. First we booked a good rate but later a much lower rate because it has been changed again before our arrival. That was absolutly ok for the hotel. We mentioned our request for a higher floor when we booked. When we arrived they offered us the 7th floor and if we pay an extra rate the 26th floor. This additional fee was exactly the first rate we booked. That let me a little think about. |
