parking costs 20 dollars but the parking area is completely open to anyone. we paid but in fact you can enter and leave without any receipt. besides, there is no guards at the parking lot

The fantastic location overlooking the falls. The very beautiful room. The friendly, efficient, attitude of staff.

The view of the falls was spectacular. Valet service was helpful, cordial and prompt. Room was very clean

It was an excellent value for money stay. Our view from the 26th floor over both falls has been awsome. The whole front is glassed.

First we booked a good rate but later a much lower rate because it has been changed again before our arrival. That was absolutly ok for the hotel. We mentioned our request for a higher floor when we booked. When we arrived they offered us the 7th floor and if we pay an extra rate the 26th floor. This additional fee was exactly the first rate we booked. That let me a little think about.

Everything! The view from our room was outstanding, we loved waking up to watch the sun rise over Niagara Falls, the Fallsview Rooms may be more expensive, but worth every penny in our opinion. The whirpool bath was extremely relaxing, plus the provided toiletries were luxurious and smelled lovely. The bed was comfy and the room in general was a good size.

We didn't realise that parking was $20 dollars per day. The photos of the views from the rooms are probably not totally realistic - falls look further away in real life. The view is still good though.

Access to the Falls and other venues

the view is amazing. floor 3 and 4 are the best for the blalcony if you do smoke :) higher you have maybe a better view but no balcony to go out for the breakfast.

shower door and some of the tub in the bath were broken... but well we fixed them.Prices for services are amazing, more than 7 dollars for a bottle of water!! an advice, get yours!!The tour is cool, but if we had time and knew before what to see and where it is we may have done it ourself for half the price as all is pretty nearby.

The view was beautiful. The room was clean and excellently decorated. The staff was kind and helpful.

The first room was not satisfactory. We reserved a fallsview, jacuzzi room. When we got to the room, we looked out the window and saw that it was a patio door leading out to a shared balcony/smoking area with people talking loudly on the phone. Other guests had access to come right up to our window and, if unlocked, right into our room. We had to upgrade to a larger room for more money.

I did not like paying an additional amount to park my rental car for three days. This should be included in the room rate at no extra charge.

great location - as described and the views from the room- excelent - right across the Falls. clean and quite location - away from the crowds.

some things outdated, like the pool/sauna or the bathroom in the room.
