Excellent location, very clean room

Bathroom very small, wasn't good value for money

Loved the bed and pillows. The maid did an excellent job on our room. The view from our window was awesome.

Having to pay $20 for parking at the hotel I'm staying at. The wait on the elevators. The window on the 9th floor by the elevators is dirty.

Only 2 lifts for upper floors and long waiting time to go up or down and no indication of where lift was. Not easy to get to hotel from Toronto where we flew into

We were on the 26th floor and the view over Niagara Falls was breathtaking

My partner & I really like the full-size window which directly facing the Horseshoe Falls & American Falls. View was amazing. We even brought our supper back hotel, enjoying our food at the same time enjoying the night view of the colourful lighted Falls. FYI, lights switches off at 23:59hours.

No free wifi in the room... But you can get it in the hotel lobby. Don't understand the logic. After paying for the hotel stay..one cannot enjoy the wifi in the room. But others can enjoy it in the lobby regardless whether you a hotel guest.

We loved the view of the Falls from our room. The room was very comfortable and the bed linens were excellent.

Everything was nice, clean and the view was awesome. Will recommend the Marriott to our friends.

The room was spacious, tasteful, immaculate. The jacuzzi was a boon to weary walkers. The pool and fitness room were good, but who has time for them when the Niagara Falls keeps falling? But the main attraction was the view of Horseshoe Falls from our 14th floor window. Unforgettable!

My only gripe would be that I had to pay extra for in-room wifi. At this top-tier room price, charging extra seems chintzy.

Having to pay extra for a bottle of water in the room; that's cheap - should have been included! Having informed the hotel we were on our wedding anniversary it would have been nice to have a gesture from the hotel such as some flowers on the table or free parking; instead - nothing.

King suite with wirlpool, fireplace, perfect view of the falls. What's not to like?

This hotel affords amazing views of the falls. Having a Starbucks in the lobby was a definite perk as well.

Unfortunately we had a suite with an adjoining room door inside our room. The guests in the other room were all quite young and very loud. We were forced to call security several times in order to keep their noise level down.

The long wait for elevators!!

I liked the fact that when I checked in I asked for a room as high up as I could get...she gave me one of the two rooms at the very top...it was amazing

The room that we've requested was very good which was the fall view this is as much as I could say .

First of all the parking fee that I have to pay to park my own car of $ 20.00 is insane .second, is with the hotel this size and with the name Marriott ,no wifi Internet .You have to pay for everything.If I have known it at the time of my reservation I would rather choose a different hotel with not as much fees. I would not be going back to this hotel or would recommend it to any of my friends or family .

The people on your front desk were very friendly..I cannot say the same for the people on the floor however when you asked them a question they were very rude and held up there hands and said will you please give me a minute when there was no other parties waiting to be helped. My Husband and I just walked away in disgust as we were simply asking for directions. .

Friendly staff and beautiful view from the room.

Beds in the room were very squeaky and noisy. Hard to sleep on them since they make noise every time you move the slightest amount.

Room was comfy. Good for relaxation.the hotel is suitable for family.

The pool is so small. The water of the pool was not so clean. I saw 2 ladies in the pool with clothes!!! It was terrible!!! I don't know why the staff of the hotel let them to swim with dress!!!!

I enjoyed my stay. Only thing missing was a dvd player so I could watch my adult movies
