The view from are room was quite nice, it over looked the falls. Our first room, the air would not work so they up graded us to a better room. We were on the 26th floor - on the second day the elevators were not working, had to walk down to the 20th floor to catch the elevators that could reach that floor. The bill that they slipped under my door on the last night contained a 78.00 dollar parking fee - we didn't have a car, we came by train. They made the correction after I brought it to their attention, but that is something that should not happen at a nice hotel. Marriott is re-doing the hotel and they say it should be finished by 2012. Right now, it looks old and tired. I would book somewhere else.

The view was incredible and the hotel is at the end of the street, which makes it very quiet. The hotel is not as nice as advertised. Definitely '3 star' in my opinion. Not worth full-price rate. Fine if paying a discounted rate.

The view from the room was simply awesome. We have gone here a number of times in the past and evey trip is always filled with the same level of excitement and thrill just watching the beauty of the falls. The rooms were very clean and the staff were all friendly and very helpful. The limited choices of food for room service and I wish they should stocked the ref in the room with candies and chocolates and some wine/beer.

Exactly want my husband and I needed for a weekend get away. Loved the view from our room and the bedding was wonderful. We especially liked the conveinence of not having to leave the hotel for fine dining and really enjoyed our meals at Milestones. Thought the coffee bar in the room could be of higher quality to suit the hotel. Wine glasses in the rooms would be a nice touch. Parking fee should be set for the duration of your visit...not by the night. That was unexpected at check out time.

We were immensely surprised at our room, the view was magnificent, the Junior Presidential Suite was beautiful. Thoroughly enjoyed our night there. We had dinner at the restaurant on the mezzanine floor and that was very nice also, very reasonable prices. Would recommend the Marriott Niagara Falls Gateway on the Falls to anyone coming to Niagara Falls. Thankyou.

Amazing hotel! I Got upgraded to a two story suite! it was so Beautiful with a perfect view of the falls, we almost never wanted to leave! Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definately come back to this hotel! I stayed for two nights and the first night someone set off the fire alarm at 2:30 am because they were amoking on the 5th floor. My room was on the 22nd floor.. It was an uneasy feeling being so high up wondering if the alarm was a real emergancy or not.

The staff at the hotel claimed our reservation was for 1 room, not 2, even though we presented our booking number ((689015102). The clerk told us they did not have 2 rooms available, but offered a family suite with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for $197.87. Because of all the confusion, it was not clear that that price was in addition to the $301.45 paid in advance. We understood the price to be low to make amends for their mix- up. We found the room situation awkward because the 2nd bedroom did not have an exit to the hallway. We feel that the total price for this room should be $259.00 plus tax, not $499.32 that we were charged. Why did this happen? We are not confident that using your agency in the future will get us the rooms we require. Please contact us with an explaination.

The view. I did not like the customer service from hotel concierge. They lacked basic customer service skills. I did not have any issue with the fact that the hotel was under renovation, but what is important in any hotel is their ability to provide exceptional customer service. I do not feel that the Marriott provided this.

That it was an awesome view of the Falls! Close to the restaurant we wanted to go too! Very comfortable and nice change from the less expensive hotels we usually stay at! Did not appreciate the $20 charge for having to park the car myself!! Should have been valet for the price and rep of hotel!!

Location and panoramic windows in my room 2919. Windows was recently fixed with some black sticky stuff (just in the corners of the window), but it was strange to see something like this compare to how clean the room was.

Loved the grande staircase. Enjoyed the Milestones restaurant being inside the hotel. Happy they had building parking lot. Did not like that you had to pay for wi-fi and parking. When paying that much for a room at a hotel, I expect that I should not have to pay extra for those necessities. I also felt that they need separate parking for those just attending the Milestones restaurant. It is not fair that we struggled getting a parking spot when we are paying for it because spots were full of those attending Milestones.
