The view of the falls was good -- but for some reason the lights weren't on the night we were there. Typical chain hotel - overpriced, too big, long lineup at front desk, no personal service. |

We had a great room with a nice view of the falls. The staff was courteous and provided us with everything we needed including a box of matches and some extra towels when we requested. The 20 dollar parking fee was a bit excessive. I feel like as guests of the hotel, it should have been done complimentary. |

Our stay was wonderful. Upon arrival the room that they had given us had not been cleaned and when we informed the hotel staff about this they were very appoligetic and gave us a new room and our paking was complimentary. The breakfast area was being renovated and so the buffet was in a conference room which was very crowded and untidy. It was too bad because usually the breakfast overlooks the Falls and this conference room had no windows at all. Bad timing for us! |

It is near lady of peace catholic church which is the purpose of my trip and just a walking distance to niagara falls which I wanted my children to see (one of the wonders in the world). I just hit two birds with one stone! Just a perfect hotel for us to stay. Staff specially at the front desk is not that hospitable. |

We only liked the location. The hotel had poor service for the money spent. We upgraded for the presidential suite but it was not worth it.Hotel had few of the facilieties closed. Reception on the tv was bad and there was no room service in the evening. $8 for a bottle of water? Way too many things we didn't like and too little we did. I didn't like our stay at all and won't be staying at that hotel any more. I also told our friends and family about our experiance. |

The staff were wonderful! We had a room with a jacuzzi and it was great. Overall experience was good. The falls view was beautiful. Having multiple elevators is a good idea aswell. We didn't have to wait as long as you usually would Parking being 20 dollars a day should be on the internet. I looked around and couldn't find it- only said applicable parking fees. 20 dollars a night is something significant you should know. |

the fact that the hotel is so close to the falls and at a walking distance from skylon tower, casino and clifton hill the fact that the window overlooking the falls was dirty and smudged from the outside which makes us think twice about staying there again since we paid for the room for the spectacular view it was supposed to offer |

Happy with the free breakfast offer. The fridge in the room was helpful as well. Indicate parking fee on website so that people are aware prior to booking this hotel. Wasn't aware that I would not be getting the dinner voucher when booking through this website. |

We stayed on the 19th floor in room 1919 which was very romantic. The room was immaculate, spacious, and had excellent view of Niagra Falls. In the evening upon returning to our room there was a bottle of Bubbly, box of chocolates and flowers, it was wonderful. Breakfast was out of this world and kept us going until our evening meal. The staff were excellent and very helpful. I recommend this beautiful hotel to everyone and shall return many times. |

We arrived early at the hotel and were offered an upgrade for a minimal cost, which was sweet! We were able to check into our upgraded room 2 hours early at no additional cost for an early check-in. Totally fabulous! |

view of the falls, room was beautiful, bathroom with jacuzzi- very nice, overall presentation of room - excellent. breakfast inc., music entertainment available although we did not attend. tv choices - excellent, actually got to watch some olympics as we do not have cable or satellite parking charge |

the room was clean and large hotel staff did not explain about breakfast, time, place, etc. No information on Niagara Falls or Hotel facilities in the room. Would recommend if they made these two improvements. Some other hotels in the area are much better in customer service. |
