9階キングルームからの眺めは最高でした。 オーバーブッキングされていたため、２泊するはずが、１泊しかできませんでした。すぐに別のホテルを手配し- てはくれましたが、もう少しサービスを充実させてほしかったです。 |

塗装の張替えを行っていたが、もう少し客に気を使った方が良いのではないか？ 夜がうるさかった。ナイアガラを見れるテラスへは結局誰でも入れるのだから、ナイアガラが見えるテラスの部- 屋をアピールし過ぎのような気がします。 |

部屋の窓からカナダ滝とアメリカ滝が両方良く見えて、とても良かった。部屋も清潔だった。 鳩が、ホテルの外壁に掲げてある”Sheraton”の文字にたくさんいて、鳩の糞がたくさん窓についてい- たのが残念だった。鳩対策をしたほうがいいと思う。 |

３階の低層階でしたがナイアガラの滝はカナダとアメリカ両方よく見えました。展望デッキが３階にあるので、- まるでベランダがあるようでよかったです。繁華街から一番離れていましたが、子供も小さいのでゆっくりくつ- ろげるこちらのシェラトンにして正解だったと思います。 アメニティと書いてあったので、全部あるかと思っていたら歯ブラシがなかったです。 |

格安プランだったので眺めの良い、広い部屋に泊まれた。眺めは最高で、滝まで行かずともきれいな景色を見る- 事が出来た。 パーキングが有料なのはちょっと…せめてオフシーズンは無料にして欲しい。 |

Comfortable beds. Clean rooms. Lovely view of Niagara Falls from our 9th floor Fallsview room. Small bottles of water in hotel bedrooms were charged at CAN $ 8.75 each! With few places open to buy water when we arrived in the evening, I felt this was an unacceptable way of making profit on one of life's essentials. |

the rate was good, but most important the view of Falls from both side(America and Canada) was great. very good room, and breakfast reasonably good which is included in the rates. |

The friendliness of the staff - wonderful location....Extremely clean and well kept ` We did not like the "hidden costs." We did not know the parking was $20.00 per day - all the different taxes we were not aware of when we booked - We appreciated having the breakfast coupons but they must keep the food warmer for the customers. We enjoyed the day tour..again we were not aware of the cost. Thank you. Don and June Tragesser. |

Friendly staff, great food and wine selection. Location overlooking the Falls was great and an easy walk into the downtown area without being too close to the noise of the main drag. |

Location; the facilities and view from the room; breakfast was included in the price; staff were very friendly and helpful. Having to pay over 8$ for a bottle of water in the room. It was not immediately clear that I would be charged for this. Had I realized earlier the bottles would have remained untouched. |

Lovely room with spectacular view, comfortable room, easy access to streets great location Advised staff of hip replacement, was put in the room farthest from the elevator, no handles in bathroom at toilet, bathroom door broken. No instructions on Hot tub, No booklet of hotel services, no TV listings. Hotel staff advised no actiom was taken....... |
