The room view was good.

The pool was very dirty. There was a parking fee of $20.00/day and there was a fee for internet access at their business center as well.

Room was clean and did not not have any smell and the staff were friendly

2 out of 4 elevator were out of service. The pool was too small and too much chlorine. Buffet breakfast was a little dissapointing. Food was cold fruits did not look fresh and I was expecting eggs or omellete cooked to my preference

I liked the location of the Hotel. Close to the falls. With our booking we had breakfast included. The food was excellent, the restaurant was very clean, great staff, and great view.

It appears that the hotel is the type that caters to Business travelers on conferences so I was surprised that there is an extra charge for Internet. Also I was very surprised that there was a $20.00 for parking. Most guests are driving in from out of town so of course they need somewhere to park. Last year me and my husband stayed at the White Oaks Resort and Spa (Niagara on the Lake) and parking was free, got a room upgrade , bottle of wine upon arrival for our anniversary. At t he Sheraton we got a voucher for a free bottle of wine only if we had dinner at the restaurant.

Beautiful view; Breakfast buffet was good

Parking too expensive; waited too long for elevator, ended up had to take stairs mulitple times.

I liked the actual hotel. I also liked the staff and the fact that it was right by the Falls.

Everything was perfect, from our 11th floor king whirlpool room with the great view of the falls, to the large comfortable bed, beautiful room, cleanliness of room and hotel, free huge buffet breakfast, free parking since we had a disabled plate/card, and nice and helpful hotel staff. The check-in desk even printed out directions from mapquest to Casa Loma, a beautiful castle in Toronto and gave us a complimentary bottle of champaigne with our dinner at the hotel for our 25th wedding anniversary. We also renewed our wedding vows at the Little Chapel on the hill which was truely special.

If possible, it would be great if they could come up with a list of times that the major attractions open and how to get to them. We didn't know that the falls railway cars that bring you up and down the hill only ran from 10am to 8pm, so we did a lot of extra walking. That of course was not the hotel's fault, but a list of times things open and close would be really helpful.

Superb view from the fallsview rooms, good location ( not in the center of the city), rich buffet breakfast

We liked comfort , big enough room, wonderfull falls view from vindow,comfort beds,very clean sheet and towels,quick room service,friendly front desk,coffe facilities in rooms.

Everything! The view from our room was outstanding, we loved waking up to watch the sun rise over Niagara Falls, the Fallsview Rooms may be more expensive, but worth every penny in our opinion. The whirpool bath was extremely relaxing, plus the provided toiletries were luxurious and smelled lovely. The bed was comfy and the room in general was a good size.

We didn't realise that parking was $20 dollars per day. The photos of the views from the rooms are probably not totally realistic - falls look further away in real life. The view is still good though.

staff was friendly and helpful..room was clean and the view was as advertised..

Other than getting nicked $20.00 for parking the stay was fine..
