It's close to all the tourist attractions we wanted to visit. The hotel is clean and has great service. Young children stay free if using existing beddings, and also have free breakfast buffet.

The hotel was conveniently located, breakfast buffet was included in our visit, hotel staff was very helpful in storing and retrieving our bicycles.

Parking space was at a premium additional cost and not convenient!

It was clean and comfortable. Employees at customer service desk were friendly and extremely helpful.

The room only has lamps and no ceilngs lights near the bed area so the room is quite dim. Also, we did not get to enjoy our complementary breakfast because it is only until 11, 12 or later would be better because checkout is at 12 and if you don't wake up earlier, you have little time to enjoy your breakfast. A lot of young couples stay out late and are unable to get up earlier, a complementary lunch rather than breakfast may be more ideal for me.

Beds were comfortable, room clean and well-appointed with falls view as advertised. The included breakfast was ok.

We waited over 10 minutes for an elevator on two occasions in our one night stay. Also, given the room rate, charging separately for the internet connection seemed silly and usurious. WiFi was included in the rate of a much cheaper accommodation on the second night of our Ontario trip. Including it in your rate would give your clients a sense of hospitality on your part rather than adding as many extra fees as possible, without adding to your overhead. After all, clients' use of the internet doesn't add to your costs. I'll be avoiding Sheraton Niagara in the future, just as I have also blackballed other upper end hotels with the same WiFi policy.

i needed a converter at 11:00pm usually it is provided complimentary in all 4 and 5 starts hotels provided u give it back.. so they told me i had to get out of the bed and go down to the lobby and buy it for $15 .. they didnt have any one to get it to the room.. the staff who i talked to was any thing but polite ..

parking costs 20 dollars but the parking area is completely open to anyone. we paid but in fact you can enter and leave without any receipt. besides, there is no guards at the parking lot

The fantastic location overlooking the falls. The very beautiful room. The friendly, efficient, attitude of staff.

The view of the falls was spectacular. Valet service was helpful, cordial and prompt. Room was very clean

It was an excellent value for money stay. Our view from the 26th floor over both falls has been awsome. The whole front is glassed.

First we booked a good rate but later a much lower rate because it has been changed again before our arrival. That was absolutly ok for the hotel. We mentioned our request for a higher floor when we booked. When we arrived they offered us the 7th floor and if we pay an extra rate the 26th floor. This additional fee was exactly the first rate we booked. That let me a little think about.
