Utsikten var fantastisk! Vi drog fram fotöljer till fönstret och betraktade ljusspelet över Niagarafallet. |

Vi bodde på 29:de våningen och utsikten över fallen var fantastisk! Betala lite extra för detta, det är det värt! Härligt, stort rum med två queen size sängar. Mycket fräscht och bra hotell. Skylten som gjorde reklam för frukostbuffén lovade mer än den höll (t.ex. ingick inte våfflor eller pannkakor), men den var enligt uppgift gammal och skulle bytas ut. Dock var servicen väldigt bra när vi påtalade detta. Sen var det relativt lång väntetid på hissarna till de högre våningsplanen, men det är kanske lyxproblem.. |

The location is the main attraction. I was charged for a movie that I didn't watch--but possibly my fault trying to turn off quickly and pressing the wrong button. |

Comfortable beds. Clean rooms. Lovely view of Niagara Falls from our 9th floor Fallsview room. Small bottles of water in hotel bedrooms were charged at CAN $ 8.75 each! With few places open to buy water when we arrived in the evening, I felt this was an unacceptable way of making profit on one of life's essentials. |

the rate was good, but most important the view of Falls from both side(America and Canada) was great. very good room, and breakfast reasonably good which is included in the rates. |

Breakfast was good. There was so much variety for the breakfast. Parking was expensive - wish if this was included in the hotel room. Dinner was a bit pricy . |

The friendliness of the staff - wonderful location....Extremely clean and well kept ` We did not like the "hidden costs." We did not know the parking was $20.00 per day - all the different taxes we were not aware of when we booked - We appreciated having the breakfast coupons but they must keep the food warmer for the customers. We enjoyed the day tour..again we were not aware of the cost. Thank you. Don and June Tragesser. |

Friendly staff, great food and wine selection. Location overlooking the Falls was great and an easy walk into the downtown area without being too close to the noise of the main drag. |

Location; the facilities and view from the room; breakfast was included in the price; staff were very friendly and helpful. Having to pay over 8$ for a bottle of water in the room. It was not immediately clear that I would be charged for this. Had I realized earlier the bottles would have remained untouched. |

Lovely room with spectacular view, comfortable room, easy access to streets great location Advised staff of hip replacement, was put in the room farthest from the elevator, no handles in bathroom at toilet, bathroom door broken. No instructions on Hot tub, No booklet of hotel services, no TV listings. Hotel staff advised no actiom was taken....... |

Falls view from hotel is breathtaking (14.floor) No flowers in the lobby; hotel employees particularly waiters should take into account that some European guests (of course exept U.K.) understand English only s l o w l y ! |

What we enjoyed the most was the view of the Niagara Falls. Awesome!!! Loved how the water changed color from reflection of the Sunrise. What we did not appreciate at 2 a.m. was some guy yelling in the hallway. |
