Sheraton Ottawa Hotel  

This was the first hotel I had stayed at without any parents, unlike certain other young couples, my girlfriend and I treated the room with a great deal of respect. It was an amazing first experience, and I cant imagine a better place to stay at. Thank you very much for an enjoyable stay. The room service was incredible, the bed was so comfortable, and the room decor was amazing.

The only thing I might suggest that needs improvement is the parking, although im sure if we had arrived early enough we would have gotten a spot with the valet.

The reception was great Emily the checking agent was a darling. Everybody was helpful. The parking guys were very courteous. When we asked about a late checkout the staff were extremely accomodating. Would strongly recommend this hotel

Our room attendant Brenda was wonderful - but the best part was the pillows of the bed downlite I think it was! Amazing! I'm going to see if I can get them for my home!!!

The breakfast buffet was a little pricey by the time you add tax and tip. I would have liked at least one free continental with my stay. Other people who came down to breakfast each morning at the same time as us got free breakfast but not us - there should be a way to further separate the two groups or make all the breakfast included 3 nigts in a hotels with three breakfasts cost us $755.00 the least they could do was throw in a couple continentals.

I absolutely loved the bedding and pillows. They were very comfortable and snuggy. I also liked the valet parking it makes it so much easier with all your bags and if you have to go in and out. They were really helpful and quick.

I found the room a touch hot and when I adjusted the climate control it didn't make it any better. I'm a smoker and I would have appreciated some sort of smoking area besides outside of the parking garage. I really sleep well with "White Noise" have you ever considered having fans or white noise machines in the rooms or for borrowing?

Zentral gelegenes Hotel mit typisch gutem Sheraton-Hotelstandard. Sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis beim Frühstücksbuffet. Kurze Wege zu allen Hauptsehenswürdigkeiten.

O hotel está muito bem localizado,tem um quarto ótimo e tivemos bom atendimento dos funcionários.é Um hotel que indico a qualquer pessoa

La chambre spacieuse, les lits très confortables et la situation géographiques sont les principaux attraits - j'y retournerais sans hésiter.

Le menu du restaurant Baisha très ordinaire ainsi que le buffet du matin. Les choix de plats pour les enfants sont très limités et il manque d'intimité (salle à manger ouverte qui donne presque sur le lobby de l'hotel.
