Right in the city. Cleanliness of the room and surroundings

The bed was very comfortable my wife and I had a great night sleep

Hotel parking is expensive!!! I would have parked on the street since it's free on weekends but nothing was available. I found the front desk was not very open and prominent, it was small and tucked away on one side of the main doors. It would have been nice to have dual automatic front doors as I was holding 2 wardrobe bags and had to pull the front door to get into the hotel. The lobby seemed a bit small, when there were a lot of people we had to move around to get out of the elevators. The elevators took a long time to reach our floor.

A standard , get what you pay for ,decent hotel .Competent , polite staff Nothing bad , nothing memorable . No reason not to go back , equally no reason to return

Parking cost $25 when there is free parking every where in Ottawa at weekends . Compulsory valet parking .No sensible explanation " It's just our policy" I don't let any one drive my classic car , so I decided not to park under the hotel . Since we were in Ottawa over the weekend Iparked for free in a multi story lot up the street .

Our room attendant Brenda was wonderful - but the best part was the pillows of the bed downlite I think it was! Amazing! I'm going to see if I can get them for my home!!!

The breakfast buffet was a little pricey by the time you add tax and tip. I would have liked at least one free continental with my stay. Other people who came down to breakfast each morning at the same time as us got free breakfast but not us - there should be a way to further separate the two groups or make all the breakfast included 3 nigts in a hotels with three breakfasts cost us $755.00 the least they could do was throw in a couple continentals.

I absolutely loved the bedding and pillows. They were very comfortable and snuggy. I also liked the valet parking it makes it so much easier with all your bags and if you have to go in and out. They were really helpful and quick.

I found the room a touch hot and when I adjusted the climate control it didn't make it any better. I'm a smoker and I would have appreciated some sort of smoking area besides outside of the parking garage. I really sleep well with "White Noise" have you ever considered having fans or white noise machines in the rooms or for borrowing?

Central location, spacious and clean rooms. Room featured flat screen television and very comfortable bed/furniture.

Only choice for parking was valet at $20/night. Also, our air conditioner unit buzzed loudly all night.

Hotel is well run, efficient and quiet. Excellent location for business or sight-seeing.

J'ai apprécié la qualité de la literie et du mobilier... Je regrette même de ne pas avoir acheté les oreillers de l'hotel ! J'ai beaucoup aimé la piscine... J'aurais apprécié quelques degrés de plus pour la température de l'eau, mais, avec la chaleur qu'il faisait lors de mon passage, je me suis rafaichi tout en faisant un peu d'exercice ! Je me souviendrai longtemps de ce court séjour et la proximité de l'hotel que je recommande sans aucune hésitation... Si je retourne un jour à Ottawa, vous m'aurez comme client ! L'accueil à la réception est également impeccable merci aux 2 charmantes personnes qui y étaient le 16 juillet vers 15h00 ! Thank's, Gratias, Merci !
